Pros: The area is quiet, so no city noice pollution. The room was clean and there was everything that’s needed.
Cons: I don’t feel comfortable to sleep on a synthetic bedding, so if it could be changed to the cotton one, that would be great.

Quiet, convenient, with friendly and helpful staff. I'd definitely stay here again!
Pros: The staff were friendly and helped me out immediately with any issues. I forgot my keycard once in the room, and they assisted me very quickly. On another occasion, I needed to ask for an iron and ironing board, and despite some language barriers, the staff was very helpful and she even helped me take it to the room. Checking in and out was seamless. The area is very quiet and relaxing, which is a nice contrast to what you experience after a few minutes of driving into the city. Everything is clean and the area seemed very safe. The 7-Eleven is in walking distance which was also quite convenient.
Cons: It's hard for me to find any real negative things about the experience. We had to give taxis directions a couple of times as the apartment is slightly tucked away into some somewhat narrow streets. I found the elevator system a little tricky and unintuitive at first, I wasn't sure when or what I needed to scan or simply press. One side of the keycard only half worked for the elevator which was something I had to figure out too. It's only a small thing, but the TV has a note saying that a green button needed to be pressed to turn it on, but actually there was no green button and it needed to be switched on at the back of the TV first. Other than that, it is a residential area. My friend had a small problem with one of the neighbours when he left his car on (he was going to pick us up and take us to the airport). My friend was told to switch off his engine, which he did, but the neighbour seemed still upset. My friend ended up having to drive away without us which meant I didn't get to come with my brother to say goodbye at the airport. Very annoying as I only see him 1-2 times a year at most. I'd recommend any future guests to try and be considerate of the area and avoid excessive noise particularly in the early morning hours.

Pros: Staff is super helpful, and the condo/hotel is nice in a quiet area. But if you are traveling and want to be near the city or public transport, this won't be the best solution. !
Cons: i had to change the hotel after a few days as the bed was very hard to sleep (like very bery hard) and the other guests were too noisy (the rooms are not well isolated). My reservation was with NO refund, but they understood the situation and gave me back full refund and help me out with calling the customer service for me. They were super kind!

decent place to stay
Pros: Spacious very light room, huge windows facing the quiet neighborhood, 15 min by walk to mrt, around 20 min by walk to great park. The Wi-Fi is good, and the elevator inside the building Great value for the money you pay, I highly recommend this place to stay
Cons: there was a minor leakage in the washroom

Clean, quiet and modern apartment in Bangkok.
Pros: Clean and modern. Quiet location. Easy to get to from Lat Phrao MRT Soft pillows.
Cons: They have their checkout time listed wrong which caused me problems. No cold water in the bathroom and the toilet pipe was leaking water into bathroom. No plates in the kitchen.
