Amazing

Pros: Located in the world famous Le Bua residence in the heart of Bangkok. Recently renovated to a very high standard, this 1 bedroom apartment really exceeded my expectations. Fulky equipped kitchen , washing machine , ac in bedroom and living room worked very well. Amazing views of Bangkok City sunset and chao praya River. Surrounded with both 5* and local restaurants. Icon siam mall just across the river its in an ideal location regardless of what you want to do throughout your stay. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Bangkok.

Overall lovely stay, next time I’d devide my time between soi11 and riverside. I’d definitely stay here again

Pros: The views and sunset are stunning. It’s like staying at Lebua for a much cheaper price. Property was spotless. The host was very responsive when I needed them I called them.

Cons: The only issue I had was the distance to all the touristy places and with Bangkok traffic, it took a bit long to get to places. But there are lots of restaurants and a food market nearby

Feeling instantly at home on the 27th floor

Pros: Once I arrived in the Appartement I felt instantly at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the AC worked silently and efficient. Everything was very good. The owner gave helpful and well explained instructions how to reach the Appartement before my stay there startet.

Schönes Appartement in exzellenter Lage - wundervolle Aussicht

Pros: Gut ausgestattetes, sauberes Appartment mit wundervoller Aussicht auf die City. Lage zentral am Fluss, von wo aus man mit dem Touristboot (hop on hop off - es ist nicht nötig ein privates viel teureres Angebot zu nehmen) viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen kann. Hinter der Central- Einkaufsmall unweit des Appartement befindet sich eine empfehlenswerte Streetfootmeile. Nicht, der nette Gastgeber hat uns eine perfekte Wegbeschreibung zum Appartement geschickt und uns nette Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Herzlichen Dank!

Peaceful apartment in a great location!

Pros: Location was Perfect! Balcony views were excellent. AC was great and all the appliances and apartment amenities checked all boxes. E

Cons: There were a few cockroaches. Drainage on the shower wasn’t the best; Always wet floors. Only two towels and no wash clothes. Could have provided a few more.
