Pros: I love this place because the staff is so nice and it feels more like a home, but I never saw the balcony not even after booking it every time several times. There is nowhere to smoke your cigarettes, the cafe had an ashtray but I was told not to smoke outside. The last time I gave up and smoked in my room. I bought an airfreshner and some incenses, I felt really bad but I figured I had paid for a balcony so many times and I just stayed the days I had already booked til I got money again and left for a place with an actual balcony that you actually get when you pay for it and I was not sorry but I will still treasure the memory of this place and buying fruit and vegetables at the local markets making my own food and beeing in walking distance to everything. I still recommend it to anyone just not if you imagine a balcony to smoke your cigarettes and work on your art.

Pros: Well I couldnt tell you about the room because I was placed in a completely different room but I was happy with my stay anyway. It has everything I need. I do not like the hotel setting and the noise of the tourism too much in the long run, this place is quiet and safe, close to the metro, with good food and a nice neighbourhood and also the room is big with furniture and a small kitchen, I bought a frying pan that plugs directly into the electricity for 200 bhat at seven eleven and could buy vegetables and fruits from the locals at different markets just down the road and I could make my own food and make a nice little temporary home that I much appreciated. The place is a hidden gem for travellers like me who do not thrive in the midst of the noisy tourist traps and who likes to feel more like in a home while traveling.

Cons: I got the wrong room this time, but so far I have liked all the rooms I have stayed in in this place so it wasn't really that big deal, but I missed out on the balcony experience again.

Pros: I liked the spacious room with a table, fridge and coffee machine and attacched bathroom (no hot water). Location is a little bit far, but finally the mrt train and the river are 10 min. Walking. Good value for money...

Good room little bit away from centre but that’s what we like. U can get to downtown pretty easily

Cons: Maybe the mattress was little too hard.
