Good value for money.

Pros: Quite area, good location, nice hosts, nice restaurant and shop on site. Also access to coin operated washing machines and dryers in site; as well as a machine which dispenses drinking water at 1 baht for 1.5 litres.

Cons: The apartment building does not have a lift; which made for a tricky ascent as we were on the fifth floor. The water pressure in the shower was also very low.
