5 star for Location, fully equipped apartment
Pros: Responds from host - very fast. Location - Excellent, like 20 meter from Asok BTS. well lit and short walk. I Booked for 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and got that. The house is fully equipped with washer and dryer too. Extra comforter, Huge living space, well equipped kitchen with cutlery, toaster, kettle, rice cooker. Host also provided free snacks, mineral water in the fridge and coffee/tea. Also provided iron, hair dryer, bath towel. Internet TV. Super clean! 7-11, and Boots is just 30meter walk away. The security is very friendly too. On my floor there were only 3 units apartment. Clear instructions on how to dispose of trash.
Cons: It can be quite noisy from the sound from the main street by the tuk tuk motor. So if you're a light sleeper be mindful! Hot water in the shower is not very hot but I don't mind as prefer cold water in this tropical weather anyway.

great value for great location
Pros: great location, friendly security who is around 24/7. it was also easy to communicate with the host as he is very responsive. everything listed in the facility works as intended.
Cons: some of the parquet flooring seems old or water damaged. the common bedroom noise isolation is not ideal, can hear road noise at night. air condition controller is not very responsive

Would stay there again
Pros: Location was very good, central to everything. Someone was there waiting for us when we arrived with the keys. The security guard was extremely helpful all the time. Parking was fine. The apartment was bigger than I imagined and had everything you needed. Despite the location, the traffic noise was not heard and the air quality was fine.
Cons: Not a criticism of the property but if you drive there it is very tight after turning from the main road.

Great location in central bangkok just besides BTS Station Asok and Terminal 21
Pros: The location was great and the size of the appartement was great for us four.

Pros: Căn hộ nằm ngay sát Asok BTS và Sukhumvit MRT, đối diện là Terminal 21, rất thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển và mua sắm. Đầu ngõ Sukhumvit 14 có quán ăn rất ngon và rẻ. Phòng rất sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Có máy giặt và sấy, bếp đầy đủ đồ dùng (bát, đĩa, ly, cốc, nồi cơm điện...), có máy pha cafe và nướng bánh mỳ. Khăn tắm được thay hàng ngày. Bảo vệ rất thân thiện, lịch sự, luôn sẵn sàng giúp đỡ khách một cách vui vẻ.
Cons: Nên trang bị thêm dép đi trong nhà

Pros: 1.地點真的超棒!!離ASOK站超近，搭BTS或METRO都非常非常方便，也離Terminal21很近!!! 2.房間的床很大很舒適! 3.有2間廁所真的很方便，也都很大間。 4.客廳、房間的採光都很好。
Cons: 1.房間的陳設看起來都舊舊的。 2.提供的部分餐具沒有清潔乾淨，如湯匙、盤子上有黏小菜渣。 3.房價應有點超過該地區的均價。

Pros: Temizlik ve odanın imkanları iyiydi. Çamaşır makinesini kullanarak daha az kıyafetle kalabildik.

空間寬敞、地點絕佳！會考慮再次入住！
Pros: 地點很棒，距離ASOK站走路只要3分鐘 附近也有便利商店和Terminal21，對面就是按摩街 房間設施應有盡有，簡單乾淨符合需求， 四人房的坪數很大空間很寬敞， 唯一小小的缺點是靠近馬路的房間， 半夜會聽到飆車聲呼嘯而過， 若是有這方面顧慮可能要在入住前確認房型， 房東回覆很即時，房間電燈故障回報也很即時處理， 警衛雖不會說英文，但人很和善也很清楚狀況， 整體入住體驗很棒，是會考慮再入住的選擇💛
Cons: 鄰近馬路的房間會比較吵 電熱水器不是恆溫需要等待一下

Pros: 地点极其便利。过马路就是Terminal21，下车1分钟。虽然离喧闹的大马路比较近，屋里几乎听不到噪音。 房东很热心。 check out后可以寄存行李。保安大爷也很好
Cons: 冷气有些旧。不太冷。 房东帮助换了电池后面好很多。

제발 여기서 묵어주세요
Pros: 생각보다 훨씬 구비가 된 것이 많았어요. 빨래가 걱정이었는데 방에 세탁기와 건조기도 있고 헤어드라이기도 있었습니다. 방 청소를 해주진 않지만 수건은 교체가 가능해요 마지막날 체크아웃 후 짐 보관을 문의드렸는데 썼던 방에 밤까지 보관할 수 있도록 해주셔서 편하게 여행했어요 방마다 에어컨이 있고 화장실도 두개라 편했습니다 위치는 아속역 바로 앞이라 편했고 메트로 수쿰빗역 3번 출구에서도 가깝습니다. 가족끼리 3명이서 지내기에는 최고의 선택이었네요 대로변은 시끄럽지만 한 블록 안쪽이라 소음도 없었어요
Cons: 방을 열쇠로 잠궈야해서 들고다니기에 불편함이 약간 있었습니다. 그 외에는 생각나는 것이 없네요
