Fabulous !
Pros: That’s actually my dream apartment (I had the one bedroom apartment) ! I could live there. The layout, the size, the view, the balcony, the sunset, the deco, the location - all so cool ! The best option I’ve ever stayed in in the Silom/Sathorn area. Excellent value for money !
Cons: Ok it’s ageing a bit and there was a water damage that damaged some parts of the wall, but it’s absolutely no problem compared to what you get and it doesn’t affect your experience. The water of the swimming pool is too cold.

Pros: Very nice apartment, very clean and nice balcony. Really enjoyed the stay
Cons: Located a little outside the city center, but nothing a short grab ride or walking to the BTS station cant fix. Also smoking on the balcony not allowed?

Good budget option with a large space.
Pros: The apartment is a great size, bathroom is great. Huge bathtub! It feels safe and for the money it’s a steal.
Cons: Unfortunately it was a little more rundown than the pictures. Stains on the wall for example. The pillows were extremely thin which caused neck ache, when this was mentioned to the staff they said there would be an extra charge for more pillows. Small detail changes could make such a difference.

Great condo with some issues that could be easily resolved.
Pros: The condo is beautiful, with a great pool, gym, and view.
Cons: It's a bit of a walk to the BTS station. There are no separate pool towels, which I thought was odd and kind of petty. The pool towels near the gym are for the hotel guests next door, so you have to ask for additional towels, which the host charges you for and then blames the cleaning staff.

Comme à la maison
Pros: La vue imprenable sur Bangkok ! La salle de bain assez spacieuse. L'autonomie que nous pouvons avoir avec ce logement. Une parenthèse où on peut se sentir chez soi.
Cons: Passionnée d'architecture, j'ai pu constaté que les finitions de l'appartement étaient abimées, dégradées (moisissures, tâches, cadre qui se décolle). Très peu visible mais pour les méticuleux comme moi, on le remarque mais ce n'est pas dérangeant.

Good location at a good price
Pros: The convenience of having parking and a good location that was safe and accessible to Bangkok. Convenient to have a 7-11 nearby. The check-in and out process was great. And the concierge was very responsive to questions.
Cons: It was overall in good condition. There are some things that need renovation or repairs. The outlet in the bathroom was not working, the curtins needed repair and some cleanliness issues in the corners of the bathroom. Also more two sets of towels would be nice so they don’t have to be washed as often. But overall I’d recommend this location.

Buen precio, cómodas instalaciones, ubicación aceptable.
Pros: El departamento era muy amplio. Tenía dos aires acondicionados que funcionaban bien, una cocina, una heladera, mesa y sillas. También un lavarropas en el balcón y un escritorio. Era muy silencioso y se pudo descansar bien. La comunicación con el host fue buena. El Gimnasio era excelente, amplio y muy bien equipado. La pileta se veía linda pero no la usamos. Tenía un 7 eleven a 50 metros y un Supermercado grande a algunas cuadras de distancia. También estaba a metros de un mercado de comida Thai. El metro estaba a unas 8 cuadras de distancia. El barrio chino a unos 45 minutos a pie y el nuevo Dusit central park a media hora a pie. Internet funcionaba bien y era cómodo para trabajar. Tenía buena luz y muy buena vista, sobre todo por la noche. El baño era muy grande y cómodo y la ducha tenía excelente presión y temperatura.
Cons: Si bien se podía llegar tanto al metro como al supermercado a pie, eran varias cuadras de caminata. Por la mañana, el parking que da al balcón empezaba a hacer ruido. Había hormigas en la cocina, toda la comida debía ser guardada y sellada (aunque es normal en Tailandia). Nos hubiese gustado contar con una licuadora para hacer smoothies, típicos en Tailandia.

Un très bon endroit pour quelques jours à Bangkok.
Pros: La localisation. Le calme. La vue. La grandeur de l’appartement. Les réponses rapides de l’hôte. La salle de bain. La piscine et la salle de sport.
Cons: Difficile de comprendre le fonctionnement de la TV. Peu de vaisselle et de matériel de cuisine. Pas de couteau de table. Pas de serviette pour la piscine. Il faudrait un peu rénover l’appartement. Mais ce dernier point n’est pas très important. Un Check out à 12:00 serait plus confortable.
