Very good place and friendly staff.
Pros: The owner was really friendly and helpful. The location was near lots of nightlife and food markets for fresh ingredients also the room felt very private with smoking area at the back in a small outdoor space.
Cons: It’s a university area with lots of Thai students not a tourist area if you want to be in tourist area you have to take the BTS for about 40mins

Pros: Owner John was fantastic , he speaks English very well and communication was smooth with fast replies. He lives nearby, so it was easy to get assistance when needed. The location is excellent, close to shops and public transport, making it very convenient to explore Bangkok. The room was spacious and offered great value for money. I would definitely recommend this place to any traveler visiting Bangkok!

Good cheap accommodation for travellers with very good private kitchen
Pros: Very well equipped kitchen, separated from the bedroom which means that the refrigerator is placed outside the bedroom so as not to disturb you by the noise at night. Very good air condition. Easy check-in and check-out. Nice and friendly host.
Cons: Water heater for the shower didn't work properly (but in Thailand it's not such a big problem). It's first floor, the room door is right against a public area with motorbike parking, so it is a little bit noisy during the day time (but at night is ok). Location/address on the map is not correct, but the host provided a very detailed explanation which helped to find the right place very easily.

Pros: Недалеко від метро, та автобусних зупинок. Багато точок з їжею, пральні. Якщо про саме помешкання, то будьте готові, що це місце щоб переночувати. В окрузі для туриста робити нема що. Треба їхати в центр. Кімната 104 по розміру велика, в порівнянні з номерами в центрі міста. Але без кондиціонера або вентилятора не прожити (вони є в номері), тому що кімната без вікон, на першому поверсі. Але гарантую - занурення в справжню атмосферу тайського життя гарантовано)) Поруч є чудовий тайський масаж по приємній ціні і з професійнимі масажистами. Господар завжди на зв'язку та готовий допомогти з кожним питанням
Cons: В кімнаті немає вікна, жити можна тільки з кондиціонером або вентилятором. Вхідні двері дуже тонкі, а номер на першому поверсі - чутно все, що діється ззовні.

Best in Bangkok!
Pros: This place quickly became my favorite in Bangkok. It’s quiet, clean, and really close to everything you could possibly need. John is a super cool guy who was incredibly accommodating the entire time. He was always quick to answer the many questions I had during my few weeks there. The sky train is close and will take you anywhere in the city.

Pros: Excellent emplacement qui correspondait à mes besoins : à 20 min de l'aéroport Don Mueang, moins de 10 min à pied du Sky train. Trop pratique. Quartier résidentiel calme et safe avec toutes les commodités. Appartement entier avec les basiques pour cuisiner si besoin : une plaque, couverts, micro ondes, bouilloire. Sachets de thé et café à mon arrivée. Linge fourni : serviette, tapis, draps. Matelas pas trop dur (même si un peu quand même), présence d'un petit surmatelas, ce qui est appréciable (considérant les hébergements que j'ai pu testés en Thaïlande) La climatisation fonctionne très bien. Le wifi n'est pas super puissant mais il fonctionne aussi très bien. Finitions de l'appartement assez basiques mais tout semblait propre. Propriétaire réactif par message, même le soir quand je suis arrivée tard. Arrivée autonome avec boîte à clés, très simple. Excellent rapport qualité prix.
Cons: Il s'agit d'un appartement qui correspond aux habitudes du pays donc : Pas de vraie fenêtre. Difficile d'aérer et de ventiler. Légère odeur de tabac quand je suis arrivée. Elle s'oublie vite quand on y est mais à chaque retour dans l'appartement je la sentais. Climatisation uniquement dans la partie chambre. Salle de bain \
