814-STP Homely room Free Wi-Fi and Near BTS line

Pros: Friendly, helpful host who speaks perfect English. Reasonably clean - looks like the photos. Has a lift. Good location within walking distance of a BTS station and restaurants/convenience stores. For the price it's good value.

Cons: Poor sound insulation. The road leading to it is full of cracks and potholes which fill with water when it rains, making it hard to maneuver around if you have luggage. The lock is just a simple knob lock and no deadbolt - there are lockable drawers but I was a bit apprehensive about leaving valuables in the room. While the main areas were clean some corners got overlooked.

Good place for stay

Pros: Location, quite, local place, close to BTS, restaurants and coffee bars. Good contact with the owner.

Cons: I think the apartment could get some proper general cleaning.

Pros: The room was clean and quiet. There was a motorbike rental right next to the place.

Cons: We didn’t once see any staff except for the cleaner, who didn’t speak any english. They were quick to reply via booking though.

Super value place in Bangkok

Pros: Super deal and place for Bangkok Appartment is on the 8 th floor it has an elevator Communication with the host via booking was always quick the response for some questions BTS station and seven eleven is about 5-7 Min walk Appartment was clean hot shower working. AC was working it also has a fan and a microwave and mini fridge towels are provided and wi fi was working good for me

Cons: That you cannot lock the door from outside it felt a bit weird knowing the door is always open when Im not there ( Don know if I did something wrong but I couldn’t lock it from outside) The location on google maps is not correct you have to search (ซอยเข้า stp) in google maps for the location it’s the street just behind the google maps marker

Quiet place in a local area with good BTS connection

Pros: Clean place, close to BTS station and in a local area. Quiet area, clean and with food and live music options around.

Cons: Not a problem to not have a window, easy. The shower water is very warm. What was missing the owner knows. It was hard to find but I assume she adjusts her address and description how to find the place.

Pros: Great location and wonderful host. This Place is very new and safe price. I will come back again.

Pros: Очень атмосферный и удобный номер. Уютно. Раковина на балконе придает шарма

Pros: Nice apartment in a well run building. Very good value.

Cons: The steep ramp into the building was difficult for a person of limited mobility.

Everything was good

Pros: Good room! Neighborhood is safe and clean. One Bedroom, one Bathroom and one balcony. Fridge is fully equipped. Aircondition keeps room temperature cold. Towels and toothbrush are well done. Thank you for the water!

Cons: A bit far from center, but BTS station is in walking distance. To lock door you need to press button from inside and just close it
