Stay with a group of 7
Pros: We had an amazing stay at this villa with friends. The place was absolutely superb very clean, modern, and beautifully furnished with great attention to detail. Everything felt high quality and well thought out, making it perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The pool was fantastic and quickly became our favorite spot to spend time together. On top of that, the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. They even createda WhatsApp group with us so we could reach out anytime with questions or requests, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Special thanks to Victor, who went above and beyond to make our stay smnooth. He quickly resolved all of our issues, guided us whenever we needed help, and even assisted us with getting our luggage to the villa after we arrived at the wrong location. Highly recommended we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location would stay again!
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here. It has a beautiful, charming, aesthetic interior, spacious, conveniently located, incredibly quiet for sleeping and very comfortable beds. Slippers, insect room spray, spare toilet paper, tissue box, full size shampoo, body wash & dish detergent provided, amazing rooftop, secure lockup, loved the stylish interior and terrazzo flooring. Bed comfort was 10/10 towards firm. Communication 10/10 - they were able to help us with transportation when we got stranded in Amphawa Floating Market with no GRAB able to pick up job to take us back for 2 hr trip. This was a Saturday evening around 6pm. So helpful, thank you!
Cons: I didn’t consider these as cons (I had an enjoyable stay - you just need to manage your expectations) but here are some tips about the accomodation that we would find helpful if someone had posted: - make sure you click the supplied Google maps link or enter Mushu Boutique Guesthouse rather than typing actual address as this will take you somewhere else! - to find the entrance, you actually have to walk off Mangkon Road towards Soi Charon Krung and walk down an alleyway (Google maps shows this as a thin access line) - scan small XSDTS fob onto the small scan card symbol above black handle bar to open door - on air conditioner, press the SLEEP button and this will turn off the bright temperature light - try the shower on the 4th level. This has better water pressure and more temperature stable as well as more spacious. We were only a group of 4, so easy to share this. - There are 6 levels - yes many stairs but manageable. But don't forget to check out the amazing rooftop via the lounge area! - FYI, there were no bath mats, paper towels, tea towels, hand towels, or hair conditioner supplied. No hand soaps for basins, except in kitchen. No dishwasher or laundry. - Only light weight doonas supplied for bedding, no top sheet in case you wanted only a sheet. So air conditioning needed to be kept on overnight in room. (Sleep mode worked perfectly though)

難免美中不足，但整體而言是滿意的。有些事情習慣就好！非常推薦
Pros: 地理位置非常好，去唐人街、松瓦路、碼頭搭船 吃吃喝喝交通都很方便！ 隔壁下午兩點到七點半賣紅綠咖喱 超好吃一定要試試看！ 房子內部很乾淨 外面畢竟都是賣吃的，街道難免有味道
Cons: 1.鏡子跟洗手台在浴廁外，但沒有插座可以使用吹風機 2.房內插座只有一座 3.水壓超級小，洗澡要花很多時間 4.住宿正確入口在導航地址的後方，需要找一下 5.只有一副鑰匙，我們7個人很不方便

Pros: Awesome value for the price! Super central location, close to everything — food, shops, and transport. The room was clean and had all the basics. I had a great stay and would happily stay again.

Pros: Great place and very good value for the price. The location is super convenient — close to shops, restaurants, and the subway. It was easy to get around the city. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I would stay here again!
