Pros: Wygodne mieszkanie nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Fajne udogodnienia dla turystów (np. Waga do bagażu, pralka z suszarką, podstawowe kosmetyki). Mieszkanie nawet duże, wszystko czyste pomimo już pewnego zużycia sprzętów. Przydatne sprzęty jak pochłaniacz wilgoci, odkurzacz. Basen na dachu ok, widok na park miedzy budynkami) Lokalizacja dobra do zwiedzania Bangkoku Zaraz przy stacji pociągu i metra. W pobliżu pełno jedzenia i sklepów. Przy wejsciu na ulicę z jednej strony Koreański food court, mały 7/11 oraz nocny market. Po przejsciu z 200m Centrum Handlowe z tanim street food. Bardzo dobra śniadaniownia w połowie uliczki.

Cons: Minusy mieszkania raczej konstrukcyjne niż związane z samym mieszkaniem: głośno (klatka i windy na otwarte lobby więc słychać wszystkich na każdym piętrze), czuć kanalizację z łazienki (na noc uszczelnialiśmy odpływy). Bardzo malo leżaków przy basenie.
