amazing apartment complex, nice modern room, great value for money but some ammenities need upgrading

Pros: the modern room (led ceiling lights), the pool that was open until late with the best city view i have ever seen, the same with the gym that had panoramic views of the city

Cons: tv didnt have netflix/amazon prime/youtube, gym was really hot on some of the days (no aircon), sofabed was a bit small, place was tricky to find and we got lost

Pros: Location and building is nice. Very nice rooftop pool and good view of the city

Cons: The toilet needs serious work done. Basin is leak and always water dripping. Wifi is not good.

Pros: I had booked for 4 people, but everything was provided according to 2 people. That’s why we faced so much discomfort while sleeping at night. What is this?

Pros: Conveniently located for Bumrungrad and the sukhumvit party vibes. Rooftop pool. Responsive staff via booking.com messaging system, communicative English. Lots of food options nearby. Birds singing at sunrise. Washing machine with detergent. Big fridge. Very comfy bed. Fresh sheets and spares.

Cons: The lifts were a nightmare. Only one worked and took forever. Communication sucked in the building - the reception staff spoke no English, and there were no signs for pool, rooftop, gym etc. Absolutely hated my check-in experience, though that's probably my own fault as I had not read the message with check in instructions. Didn't love the fact that the name of the property is not shared so you can't bloody find it on maps, and half of the hotels in the area are called 11. Play a detective and find the actual name in photos. No working phone number shared in profile, a Japanese number instead my local sim card wasn't able to reach. The sofa bed was tiny - I'm a shortie, and it was way too small. Don't let the photos set your expectations, they're likely a few decades old - i actually had to request a room changed as it was not suitable, the second one was great. Horribly dirty balcony. Otherwise all good!

Spacious for BK apartment, perfect location

Pros: Amazing location, easy check in, spacious for BK apartment, well equipped and furnished. Host quickly answers.

Cons: Balcony was very dirty as well as windows. You cannot smoke on the territory of condo, many additional restrictive rules, early check out. And my apartment was on 8th floor so view was not as good as expected.

Great apartment with a luxurious pool and view

Pros: The accommodation was absolutely great. The apartment was spacious and very modern. It was located in the middle of the modern part of Bangkok. Also, the host was super helpful and replied to my message in a matter of minutes. Lastly, the pool and gym with a view on the skyscrapers was just breathtaking.

Cons: The only thing that we didn't like was the sofa bed which was really small for two people to sleep on.
