Pros: - Short walk (10 min) to BTS station (Krung Thon Buri) - Nice pool and gym, we were often the only ones using these facilities - Good air-con in the studio apartments - Very useful to have an individual washing machine on the balcony - Friendly guards/security personnel - Communal areas (pool, gym, co-working space, corridors) kept very clean and tidy - Designated area to pick-up Grab food orders - Easy communication with the host via WhatsApp - Easy key collection

Cons: - The communal kitchen/eating area pictured in the photos either does not exist, or we were not permitted to use it, this was disappointing for us because it meant there was nowhere for our group to eat communally - Strict rules regarding no food or drinking at the pool or in the gym (this includes water bottles which were prohibited) - As the minimum stay is 4 weeks, it would have been nice to have the apartments cleaned at least once, or the provision of cleaning equipment, e.g. hoover, so we could clean the apartments ourselves - The location is walkable to the BTS, but it is not very central in Bangkok, it is ok for a longer stay but if I were staying for a shorter time in Bangkok, I would pick somewhere more central like near Siam - Beds were pretty hard and not very comfortable

Lovely modern apartment and convenient location

Pros: Very clean and spacious room, lots of natural light and amenities - microwave, stove top and washing machine. Plenty of restaurants in the area, bus stop on the main road and a 15min walk to the BTS. Communication with the host was great. I was provided a video with instructions for obtaining the key and directions to the apartment. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend!

Cons: There isn't much of a view as the room is on the second floor.

FLEXI Sathon-Charoen Nakhon apartment is recommended, and I look forward to returning.

Pros: Really lovely, clean, bright studio apartment with basic cooking equipment and tools, washing machine, and nice small swimming pool. The condominium complex staff were very nice. The location was new to me. During my stay I found the area interesting. It was a 15-minutes walk to the MRT.

Cons: Communication could be improved. Lack of english at the condominium complex was a challenge for me. Information provided at the apartment on the area and services the condominium provides (e.g. shuttle to the metro/ MRT) would be useful. Could consider providing an iron and ironing board.

Pros: Bezpečná a klidná lokalita Nedaleko stanice BTS Wi-Fi, bazén, posilovna, pračka

Cons: Instrukce k předání klíčů bych příště vyžadoval prostřednictvím Booking messenger, případně přes e-mail. LINE Evropané neznají a WhatsApp u starších lidí není oblíbený.

Super Lage, tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sauber, gutes Internet

Pros: Hatte alles was ich brauchte, eine gute Internetverbindung, es war alles sauber, kein Ameisenbefahl oder ähnliches, Pool war vorhanden, ein Cowrking Space war ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Kommunikation verlief einwandfrei, Sicerheitsdienst war auch da, die Lage war sehr praktisch, vieles in unmittelbarer Nähe und vieles relativ einfach und schnell zu erreichen.

Cons: Balkon war ein wenig zu klein, aber da stand auch eine Waschmaschine; nur eine Türkarte, man braucht es für den Eingang, den Fahrstuhl usw. für zwei Personen ist eine Karte zu wenig.

Pros: Nice and modern. I liked the location though it was a bit off the road.

Cons: I could hear too much noise from the hallway. Hard bed.
