Air con apartment

Pros: I updated to aircon apartment as original room was too hot for me , as only had fans

Cons: That my request was met, as air con accommodation was available

Pros: Place is very near BTS and shops, navigation is also very easy. Accessible to Grab/Bolt. Stay is complete with essentials too and free water. Owner is very accomodating. Very approachable and kind.

Lovely place, definitely will come again on my next trip to Bangkok!

Pros: I had a lovely stay. John went out of his way to accommodate me during my little dental excursion, and really did an exceptional job at everything from communication to making sure I had everything I needed- great recommendations for local spots. What a great little complex of rooms. I had the pleasure of staying in this one and also room 100- both are lovely but I do think I liked room 100 a bit more as the bed and bath was a bit bigger, you could have a couple stay comfortably. I can't recommend a room at Olan Place more for anyone who is looking for a private room on a budget (and doesn't mind no aircon). The rooms I stayed in had a minimum of 2 fans - perfect circulation ♡ I think he actually might have some ac rooms as well. Great place, great host. Truly 10/10 !

Cons: The location can be a smidge confusing but John makes it easy with good communication and useful placement of signs :)
