Great value and funky comfortable rooms in a good location off Asike Rd

Pros: Funky comfortable rooms in the well located, close to Asoke and Sukhumvit this small hotel of about 30 rooms offers good value

Small property, large rooms and bathroom in a good location just off Asoke and near Sukhumvit

Pros: Modest, large rooms and bathrooms in funky style. Small building probably 30 rooms, just off Asoke and not far from Sukhumvit, so a great location.

Cons: nothing, especially at the price

Over all, I really liked it. I had the room behind their sign, so no view. The windows could still open and fresh air co

Pros: It was close to everything. But still on a smaller road so the noise were also limited.

Cons: The key cards wouldn’t always work, so we had to go to the lobby to have the staff do something nearly every time we wanted to enter the room. At the end of our stay they did something so it worked as it should.

Cozy stay for very reasonable price.

Pros: You can control all the lights and air conditioning from the panel near the bed. 🙂👍 Free water, instant coffee, tea, sugar, kettle, ... Big bathroom with spacious shower. Relatively quiet room considering the hotel is in the city center (albeit in a side street). Walkable distance from Makkasan station, so you can save on ride to/from airport.

Cons: Be aware - you need 500 THB as a deposit in cash (as I usually pay everywhere by PromptPay, I didn't have that money with me). But the staff after finding out, that I was staying for 1 night only, didn't require it anymore. The cooling effect of the air conditioner was very weak. I'm used to set the temperature on 27-28 degrees, here I had to set 24 to achieve the same level of comfort.

Pros: I liked the funky decor. Soft lighting, chesterfield lounge etc.

Cons: The over bath shower was hard to get in and out of.

Boutique Hotel good location recommended

Pros: I booked the premier room with balcony which was excellent (i read reviews that said that the room was too dark but not so on the upper floors 3rd The room was a good size with comfortable bed, nice couch and table. There is a safe,fridge and flat screen TV. All lighting is controlled by a touch pad. Big bathroom with a shower over a bath. Air con worked really well and not too noisy.. the balcony is very small with a stand up table but no chair Good enough for smokers. I didn’t eat at the hotel but the coffee was ok but expensive The location is ok, about 8 min walk to Asok BTS.No traffic noise This is a boutique hotel which I strongly recommend

Cons: Not a lot. Lack of English TV channels, but no big deal
