Pros: Overall, this is a good hotel and definitely worth the price. It’s budget-friendly and conveniently located near a 7-Eleven. The room had everything I needed — a reliable Wi-Fi connection, fridge, TV, and shower — all working well. My stay was comfortable and hassle-free.

Cons: Nothing in particular — everything was fine.

Pros: A solid accommodation option for BKK. Very clean and comfortable room. Easy process for self check-in. The free water was great to have too. There are some great restaurants nearby as well.

Pros: 1. clean room 2. cooling air condition 3. private bathroom

Cons: 1. room not sound-proof (traffic noises at night) 2. location a bit far from the nearest BTS (ekkamai) which is nearly 25mins walking from property 3. digital door at entrance not shut well (feeling of insecure if someone walk in at night & walk up straight to each room at each floor 4. no lift to go up (not suitable for old age guests) 5. stairways too steep & hard to walk

Pros: Accommodation is simply equipped, but has everything I need. The rooms and the common area are very clean and there is hot shower water. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The stairs are a little narrow and steep, so care must be taken when carrying luggage.
