Pros: My stay at this place was excellent in every way. The location is great and easy to access, and the cleanliness was outstanding. The staff were professional, helpful, and quick to respond to any request. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the available services were excellent and fully met the needs of the guests. Pros: The apartment was spacious and luxurious. Used washing machine and dryer numerous times during our stay - which was great! Our kids had space to relax, and if they wanted to, they had access to the pool and gym. Hubby and son played golf on the virtual golf course. Supermarket, pharmacies, and restaurants all walking distance. After a long day of sightseeing in Bankok, it was great to come back to this ultra comfortable apartment. It's also situated between the city and the airport, which is convenient 😊. Thanks to all the helpful staff who allowed us to stay later than our agreed checkout time due to a sick child. Staff and management are fabulous. Highly recommended.

Pros: My family and I had the pleasure of staying for 10 days. the apartment was beautifully designed clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. the location is near KFC and other restaurants and there is a big supermarket TOPS. I strongly recommend anyone stay hear

Great place to stay when you are there, but a bit too far from BTS to be well connected.

Pros: We stayed for 2 weeks while searching for an apartment. We did not go for sightseeing, but I had to go to work. + Pool and Sauna on Rooftop terasse + new building and interior, incl furniture. So it felt very modern + kids playroom + staff is very friendly + Aircon fairly quiet on low level +Lots of restaurants in vicinity (lots Japanese)

Cons: - bad smell coming out of some aircons, as if a bird was nesting in the air intake (probably not generalisable) - very busy street - hard to cross street - Our appartment was facing street, so cars could be heard all night (single glasing windows) - quite far from BTS. Taxi stuck in traffic, so count 15 min by taxi, 25 min walking (along very busy street). (traffic worse from BTS than towards it) - aside from kids playroom, there is no playground in the vicinity. - sidewalks are not great, very hard to move with baby stroller
