Pros: The “apartment” space is used excellently. Cleaned properly. Comfortable bed, good sofa, good work / eating area with a table that folds in, lighting and power sockets in sensible places. Lots of space for clothes and other personal items. There is always plenty of hot water. Good AC. Useful appliances for cooking. Very little “city noise” or neighbour noise. The swimming pool is fantastic. Gym is ok. 10 minute walk to BTS. 7-11 on site and places to eat nearby. Condo well maintained, safe and respectful. Ying (owner) was super helpful, responded fast and is a nice person who cares about the apartment and guests. Above and beyond expectation.
