Pros: The friendly staff. Great room for the price, they gave me a different room when I asked them to change.

Cons: The front gate was noisy a night. They could look in to it, my room was near the entrancece. It was also so easy to hear evry sound around.

Pros: Great budget place to stay that has all you need including washing machines at entrance . Helpful staff , friendly neighbourhood , with good food locally and a seven eleven 50m away. had a great stay thanks.

Pros: Great value for money. Ignore the review about using a padlock. It's rubbish. The door is a standard Thai push lock and there's a dead bolt as well for added security. I never felt unsafe as it's a apartment complex used by locals. Slept well. Good mattress. Clean linen. Ac was amazing and so was shower (both are new).

Cons: Matress sheet has cigarette burns (but no smell of smoke) No towel The duct in the bathroom doesn't have mosquito wire and the duct from bathroom to bedroom also doesn't have wire. Because of these 2 barriers not a lot got in but had to spend 10 minutes killing them before bed. Also wore mosquito spray to bed and no bites. Small things but will annoy those who come unprepared.

Pros: Booked it because 1) cheapest aircon and 2) it said pets okay - animal froendly place with lovely resident cat. Quiet and comfortable, best price for aircon room. Private toilet, even a door to small porch. Fridge, ceiling fan. No way to cook buy you can order delivery of anything by Grab or Foodpanda.

Cons: Not as clean as you might want - bring cleaning supplies. Think of it as an apartment you are moving into, not a hotel. No amenities provided- no towels, toilet paper, soap, etc recommend you buy a hotpot and soup, coffee, teas. No water but can have water delivered. If you take care of your own needs, it is a surprisingly comfortable place for a long stay.
