Live like a local

Pros: Perfect for one month stay to get experience of living in non-center Bangkok among locals. There are pool, security guards, bike parking. 7-11 in 3min walk. Monorail yellow line is in 10min walk. Bike taxi is near the condo. 5min bike taxi ride to a boat station. Boat goes to the center of Bangkok. The owner's care was 11 of 10 seriously. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed including food.

Cons: Not a complain: the coach is smaller than it looks on photo. Please know if you are planning to sleep on it.

Pros: I have stayed here before and already wrote my review. I stand by what I wrote in that review. I really like this place. And hope to stay again.

Pros: Host is an amazing person. Paid my taxi bill on arrival, because I did not have enough cash. Showed us the directions to all the facilities around the property and area.

Pros: This was one of the best experiences I've had. The host Darin was super helpful and attentive. The place is spacious, comfortable with restaurants, supermarkets, and 7-11 within 10 min walks. By the end of my two wee stay I grew attached with the place - it felt like home and I didn't want to leave LOL. 10/10 would recommend.

Pros: Couldn’t have asked for a better host! Huge amount of noodles, rice, bread, eggs, coffee/tea, fruit and other snacks provided in the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen too - air fryer, sandwich press, microwave egg poachers!! And much more. Very clean and the host will come to clean/change towels during your stay. 7/11 less than 5 minutes walk and there’s a great coffee shop just around the corner (amarin coffee). Good location if you want to escape the chaos of central Bangkok and experience a more local side.

Cons: The bed and couch was pretty uncomfortable. But considering how well equipped the apartment is it’s not such a big deal - I’d definitely stay again.

Pros: Since I was not staying for the host arranges to pick me up and even equipped me with a free pocket wife for my stay, what was very helpful. Its a nice apartment building! Very local. The apartment is small but well equipped. I enjoyed the 10 minute walk to the close yellow line train. Host was very helpful. I enjoyed my stay and will be coming back.

Pros: 1.방콕 로컬지역에서 생활해 보는 경험. 2.Host가 준비해 주른 다양한 간편식사(식빵, 달걀, 라면, 수프, 버터 등), 스낵, 커피, Tea, 맥주, 인스턴트 안주등 3.전기 자전거를 이용해 주변을 둘러보고, 근처 음식점, 카페, 편의점 등 편히 이동이 가능 4.조리기구도 갖추어져 있어서 직접 요리해서 먹을 수 있다. 5.BTS 라프라오101 역까지 도보 8-9분 거리 6.무엇보다 필요시 Host에게 언제든지 도움을 요청하면 된다.

Cons: 1.아침 일찍 약간의 소음이 들릴 수 있다. (차량 소리 또는 세탁기 회전하는 소리같은 것이 들릴 수 있음) 2.테이블 의자의 면적이 작아서 오래 앉아 있는 것은 조금 불편할 수 있음 3.소파 한쪽이 꺼져있어서 방석을 깔고 앉아야 됨.
