Pros: We stayed at the 3 bedroom unit for 5 nights. It is comfortable and spacious for my family of 5. There is a 7-e below the hotel and it is very convenient. The beds are also comfy with big referigator for us to use. We had such a good stay. The staff/owner was very attentive. Thank you so much.

Pros: Super super central, was everything we needed for our purpose of the trip

Cons: As it’s on the Main strip it’s very noisy, however the double glazed doors on the balcony definitely help keep out a lot of the noise

Pros: There is a lot of shop nearby the hotel and BTS as well, so we were not in trouble while stay the hotel. And owner is very kind, he support for us always.

Pros: Clean, cool apartment, not too noisy. Suitable for families or groups. Surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants, supermarkets. Train station is about 8 minutes walk away.

Cons: Looks like the drain is a bit slow.

Amazing Two Bedroom Apartment in Supurb Location

Pros: The host was outstanding. Some apartment harass you with some of the most complicated asinine procedures of submitting countless documents to get the hotel I didn't have the problem here. It was super smooth process. The host also was very responsive when I had a question about wifi and a potential lost item. That was a big help. One very important thing to note is the address is very difficult to find until you are familiar with the area. The best thing to do is find it on Google maps and put in the name of the 7-11 location or bar or ramen place nearby and use that as your Grab (taxi) drop off location. It will make your life a million times easier if you use those landmarks and their addresses. Then the place is a short hop and skip from there. Like 10 feet. So super close.

Cons: These are not necessarily negatives but opportunities for improvement. The wifi does NOT reach well into the bedrooms. If you stay in the living room and need to work from home or take zoom calls you are all set. Just stay in the living room. But inside the bedroom the wifi just doesn't reach. This place would benefit to immensely if the host would just purchase a mesh wifi system and spread out the internet to the bedrooms. It would be a worthwhile investment.

Pros: The place is close the city and the room is clean and nice. The owner is very accomodating. The owner let us stay for extra 4 hours because our flight was delayed. We will surely come back again. Thank you!!!
