Pros: The facility was very good. Especially the employees loved to help. There were daily treats. For example, fresh pot cakes and bananas were very good. Thank you very much to the facility. See you again :)

Kitchenette in rooms & great property

Pros: Entire hotel team warm and welcoming 🙏, and many extras included like tea and coffee as well as fruit and biscuits in lobby. Management and team very courtesy to help you and great location to Sala Dang BTS as well as 7-11 across the street and food market soi next door Monday to Friday for office workers 😀. Simple style hotel with everything you need hot water and air-conditioning but no lifts just stairs so keep in mind if travelling with children.

Cons: Personally just beds too firm but that's thailand 🇹🇭

Overall, it was fantastic.

Pros: I liked the location. It's near to restaurants, Lumphini Park and transportation.

Cons: Sometimes there was miscommunication and I didn't get my daily 2 bottles of water and toilet tissues. But they were friendly with a good sense of humour. I sometimes had problems with the WiFi.

Pros: We only stayed one last day of our trip to Bangkok in this hotel but we regretted not discovering it earlier. It is very intimate, clean, quiet. Located in close proximity to the metro station and a shopping center. In front you have a 7 eleven, street market, laundry option nearby. The boy at the reception, Hi, very nice and kind. My daughter was not feeling well and he immediately jumped to help. I appreciated that a lot. The check-in was very early which you don't find in many hotels. The room was clean with clean white linen and towels, with a refrigerator, microwave, safe, balcony, Excellent value for money I recommend

Pros: The location is great, and the hotel is very good value. I had an unusual request that they were able to resolve almost immediately, which was just outstanding. I would stay there again. Great accommodation.

Cons: I don't actually have anything to complain about.

Pleasant

Pros: Comfortable clean rooms with hot water, comfy beds and good wifi. Very quiet. Great location in the heart of things next to sky train and metro.

Great hotel in central Bangkok near all the amenities!

Pros: Great location in the heart of Bangkok. Hotel had Al the facilities one can expect; including coin operated washing machines and dryers outside.

Cons: The free internet was very slow. So slow that most of the time we had to disconnect from the WiFi and use our mobiles. The television had one movie channel which actually had some good movies- but the rest of the channels many times had a blurry picture.

Greatest

Pros: Very big rooms with storages, well designed, over clean, smiley staff, nice balcony. I love this guesthouse. High is very special for me always around feels like home every time, Papa is so sweet, staff around is always helpful with laundry's. For short, my second home in Bangkok.

Pros: It’s close to everything but down a quiet street so you can sleep easy. Great little base for the money in heart of Bangkok
