Too far away for us

Pros: Clean room, excellent WiFi, nice and friendly staff. Great views.

Cons: Location - should have studied the location before we booked. Far away from shops with only a few local food stalls nearby. Nothing to do within walking distance.

Pros: Staff are so nice! The room is lovely and has an amazing view.

Cons: Location wise it is a little out of the way however grabs can get there easily and wasn’t that much of an issue, it is quite far away from skylines/metros

Pros: The hotel service staff are very enthusiastic and can meet travelers' requests in a timely manner, which is great. The river view is also good.

Pros: Me, my husband, and our 11 month baby had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. It is very clean, modern, well-equiped. The staff is super friendly and professional - very helpful with all the queries, and they even upgraded our room to the one with an open river view for free. Breakfast is great - full of options, and they are also keen to personalise some meals if needed. I would say that it felt like a 'posh' experience, where you feel like you're being looked after.

A nice & pleasant stay with stunning view of Chaopraya river & Bhumipol bridges.

Pros: View was superb both days & night! We stayed in room 2203. But hot water in the shower was bad. It was very hot so I had to slowly turn to cold water direction & suddenly it was cold, not possible to have a nice warm just right temperature. Had to cancel my hair wash plan & just got out quickly before getting scorched with too hot water or suffering from cold shower. It's a pity as almost everything else was pretty nice. The hot water problem unfortunately was critical enough that it made me reluctant to recommend close families with elders & kids to stay here. But I will still recommend to adult friends. The butlers & the man who helped with luggage & doors were all very friendly and helpful too.

Pros: Nice, clean, lovely staff, fantastic views from the whole suite, you’ve got 7/11 1min walking and also whole small mall downstairs (money exchange, food, coffee, massage,etc..).. everything was as described!!

Pros: Great view, Big room and I had great experience from all staffs during I stayed there. Everyone is so nice, polite, friendly and they’re happy to supporting the customers all the time as they can.

Pros: The room was very clean and spacious, with a well-equipped mini kitchen and everything working properly. Loved the beautiful view of the Chao Phraya River and the nearby bridge! Big thanks to the staff who kindly moved our car closer to the exit. Overall, a great stay. I’d love to come back again!

Cons: However, power outlets were a bit hard to find, and the one by the bed didn’t work well. No swimming pool, and the parking was quite confusing—we had to drive around to find a spot.
