Nice place to stay in a lobely thai neighbourhood

Pros: Great value for money, big family room with two bedrooms and airco. In a nice neigbourhood with some fun stuff nearby. Friendly host

Cons: Actually everything was great value for the money. There are some stairs but thats fine, you need to appreciate the authentic feel of the place.

Amy and Hunter are the 'A' team!

Pros: This was my 1st stop on an extended journey. It was a little difficult for me to acclimatise with sleep and digestion but Amy was the exact aunty, sister and host I needed. Warm, informative and helpful. As well as my lovely host, there was Hunter, the biggest, most sweetest big American bully baby I ever saw. Together, Amy and Hunter are a fabulous team and I hope I can visit for a weekend before I leave Thailand. In any case, I want to return in the future. Big thanks Amy! Love you Hunter! XX

Cons: Although I felt quite safe, it would be great to have a lock on the door. The TV didn't work but frankly, I didn't need it.

Pros: Awesome host, very good value MRT station is 5 min away

Pros: The host was wonderful, friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Breakfast provided at an additional cost was authentic and fresh. The room was clean and set up well. Definitely worth it for the price.

Cons: I'm not the biggest dog person so I was startled by the dog a few times. But she did her best to keep him in check most of the time

Pros: The room was large as I had booked the family room . It had 4 single beds The staff was nice

Cons: It needed a good clean. The bathroom needed to be cleaned better, including the toilet. There was a full-length mirror in the room that looked like no one cleaned for years.

Pros: It is more of a homestay, owner was very helpful with suggesting things to do and directions to getting there. I was provided breakfast and water free of charge. Overall, location is great as it was further away from the city so grabbing a taxi was a lot easier. I would definitely recommend the place for other travellers on a budget.

Amazing home stay in Bangkok

Pros: Emmy and her dog, Hunter are great! You feel like being at home. Breakfast is home cooked and if you stay a few days she tries to serve you different options every day. Good aircon. Good wifi. Quiet and safe area during the day and also during the night. Not in the tourist area but close enough. The night market beside (5-10min walk) is amazing for dinners, lots of food options and local prices. There’s a mall, Pinklao Central, 10-15min walk, with all the stores you need and good Japanese restaurants. You’ve got an MRT station 5-10min walk, lots of buses stops to go around for 15bath. Khao sand road is 10min away by taxi or bus.

Pros: The whole place is very cool. The room is spacious and comfortable. The shower and toilet were clean and lovely. The owner is so friendly, helpful and merry, she make our stay very pleasant and cozy. It was like to be at home. Also, the cutest dog i ever saw😍. The whole family gad a great time there. Indy food nightmarket less than 5 minutes walk , its a wonderful place to enjoy bangkok cosmopolitan vive and cuisine. Netro station at less than 5 minutes walk.

Welcoming, easy-going, nicely situated in a peaceful interior just off of a main road.

Pros: Breakfast was amazing... the host knows how to bake an egg to perfection :D Simple, yet proper, the guesthouse has a very familiar vibe. Good place to rest and regain energy!
