Would recommend

Pros: Clean and comfortable rooms, great location close to a BTS station and shopping centres. There is a 7/11 and delicious BBQ skewers right outside. Minimal street noise from the rooms, we slept very well. The owners are very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Great Value

Pros: Comfortable bed, lovely staff and close to the MRT and some good gyms. There's also a 711 next door

Cons: Most places provide drinking water now which this place doesn't, the room was also different to advertised. Still great value though

Great place to stay

Pros: Great location in Bangkok very close to Phra Ram 9 metro station. Check in was a little confusing I didn't really know where the accommodation was as there wasn't a sign. (If you're standing right next to a bubble tea place you're in the right place). The bed wasn't too comfortable and I could feel the springs probably time for a new mattress. And we couldn't find trash/garbage can. The room was very spacious, always nice to have a refrigerator. .

Convenient, nice, comfortable stay near Makassan station

Pros: Initially I thought it was too far awat from Makassan station as I did not receive the email with the instructions for the location. But the owner showed me a shortcut and it is actually very convenient near the Metro, Central Rama1, Fortune Town and Jodd Fairs. Good food around too.

Pros: 我个人觉得地点和卫生都不错，周边都有许多的参观和小吃。距离不到五分钟就有一个超市和地铁站。出行非常方便。

Convenient and confortable. Will definitely stay again!

Pros: The room was big and comfortable. Both the owners and the staff were very nice and helpful with everything. The bathroom is shared but it’s big and was very clean every time I used it. It’s in a very convenient location, there’s a big mall with a supermarket very close by and right outside there are local food stalls.

Cons: It doesn’t have a big sign outside so it was a bit hard to find. It’s next to a boba tea shop!
