Great cheap place to stay, clean, friendly staff, great air con, great area to walk around and explo
Pros: great location within walking distance of central rama 9 mall, lots of places nearby to eat from Thai vendors that served great food for very little money, i tipped every one of them 100% due to the low prices, all i was looking for was a room with a lockable door, a clean bathroom, good air conditioning, and reasonable quiet, all of these were found and i didnt have to pay an arm and a leg, there's a wonderful massage place on the closest main street, O2 i think its called, 7 elevens nearby, great place for the price, and the staff were very friendly and accomodating, thanks R9!
Cons: perhaps new paint on the walls, but times are tough in Thailand and this place isnt owned and operated by the Hilton, so to close a room for a day of painting would cost them i'm sure.

Convenient and comfortable stay with great location and easy check-out.
Pros: The location is excellent, within walking distance of the MRT station and a nearby 7-Eleven. The accommodation includes a small kitchen, and the room is well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, plates, and cutlery. Checking out is hassle-freeโsimply drop the key into the designated box.

Pros: The staff were above and beyond helpful. The accomodation is excellent value for money. Yes the building is older but everything was very clean, and suited us perfectly for a stopover. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Pros: very clean, large room with large beds, working tv, microwave, kettle, fridge, ac. next to 7-11, 5 mins from blue line metro, helpful staff, luggage storage and balcony!

Pros: Owner had well accommodating, the guest house is located in prime location . Not too far from subway (MRT) and 7-11 is very closed

Pros: The position of this hotel (considering the low price) is amazing, 5 mins walking from Petchaburi metro station and a bug commercial center. From there with the blue line you can go to the city center or to the very next station in Makkasan that is linked to the line that goes from/to Suvarnabhumi airport. So it is a perfect position (also 7/11 nearby). The host is very present through socials, contact him and ask for every information and will reply very soon and cordially.
Cons: The room is not really cozy, looks a bit old fashioned, nonetheless is kinda big and clean.

Clean but it needs to short the expectations
Pros: It is very clean room and the staff is definitely very attentive. It is perfect for solo or groups of friends, very close to malls, night market and train station.
Cons: I think what we didn't like it is about expectation. From the pictures we expected a more standard hotel, but honestly it looks a good hostel for me, with a private room. Really, nothing wrong, just not suitable for us. In my point of view, it is just a expectation matter.
