Pros: Walking distance from all amenities with ease of access to transportation. Next to a cooking school, so can go there for some lessons if interested.

Perfect place for a Bangkok city trip with a foto

Pros: The townhouse is ideal for a weekend of shopping and exploring the Sukhumvit area, BTS Nana is nearby and it’s only one or two stops to some of BKK’s best malls in either direction. Some of Bangkok ‘s best nightlife is nearby as well if you fancy a night out ! The decoration of the house is stylish and facilities are clean and comfortable. Benchakitti park and Bangkok’s green walk are walking distance of you fancy a run or a walk. Owners and staff were really friendly and helpful!

Spacious , rare oasis vibe in busy BKK

Pros: Spacious and serene place even though located on one of the busiest tourist spots in BKK downtown. Cool & cozy decor make us feel like staying at home, not a rental place. Spacious bedrooms with balcony (2 of 3 bedrooms) and spacious kitchen. Good vibe & Chill with all the greens in front of the house.

Cons: We cannot park inside the house as suggested because a tree trunk in the garden blocked the gate so we cannot open it all the way. We ended up parking 1 car in front of the house as the landlord suggested. The next morning we got a note on our car window from a neighbor (don’t know which house) said pls park your car in the house but he/she did not aware of the gate situation. Anyway, no harm no foul , just hope the tree trunk blockage situation can be fixed soon to avoid upsetting the neighbors.
