Very good value for the cost

Pros: The staff was friendly, the room was more than I expected, bigger, very comfortable bed and big, fast internet. Very close to the Airport link station Ratchaprarop, restaurant and 7-eleven, laundry, etc. Good value.

Cons: The bathroom could be renovated, especially the water from the shower goes to a drain and on the way wets the floor where the toilet is.

Convenient, decent location.

Pros: A large room on the first floor, so not many stairs to climb in a decent location. The owners were all right, and I had no troubles of any sort as the place was quiet day and night. I always found plenty of bottles of water outside my room each day, and the price was really competitive, with a working AC.
