Pros: Had such a good nights sleep here! Comfortable, clean and quiet. The host let us leave our bags and shower before checkin after our night bus from chiang rai.

Ok for one night

Pros: I got upgraded to family room so I had 4 double beds for myself. The man working there is very nice, host is always really quick to reply on Booking. There is the cutest cat I've ever seen that will love to play cuddle and play with you. I'm gonna miss this little thing. 🥲💓

Cons: It's hard to find the location of the entrance, it was very confusing for me. The room has really bad isolation so you hear the vehicles down the road as if the windows were opened (and Bangkok is really busy) the heat also comes into the room so you don't really feel the AC, I put the AC on 16° and the room was still warm. There's a ceiling fan that helps.

Great value for money, definitely recommend!

Pros: Ariel, the owner, is so lovely. I stayed with my dog and this place is super pet friendly! The bed was comfortable and the air con and Internet worked really well. It's great value for money and in a location with a local atmosphere, and walkable to the mall. I would definitely stay again!

Cons: The sink in the communal area was a bit strange but I got used to it.

Great Stay at a Budget Price!

Pros: I had a great stay at this place! It’s very close to Rama 9, making it super convenient for getting around. The price is affordable, yet the accommodation was clean and comfortable. One of the best parts was the street food vendors and 7 11 right nearby, offering delicious and cheap meals at any time of the day. frendly staff members, specialy mr gem 🤎💙
