Pros: Great cozy place, in a place that does not feel touristic. This really helped me immerse myself in the vibrant life in Bangkok. There is a common area where I sat down when I needed to rest, which contributes to the homely feeling. Very friendly staff, and very close to the skytrain green line.

Cons: Rooms do not have AC, this is not necessarily bad as it did not bother me, but it is something to know if you have trouble with the heat. The ventilator did help a lot though, although it might keep you from sleeping.

Pros: The location is extreamly in central. For people willing to explore the city by walking this is perfect. I feel like the place was cozy. Host was kind persen she can help me everything. I was happy.

I’ll come again. A really nice place to stay.

Pros: All of the furniture and decorations are so aesthetic and comfy. I love it!

Cons: I wish to have an AC in the room.

Pros: ห้องตรงปก มีหน้าต่าง มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ เกินราคาที่จ่าย มีห้องน้ำส่วนตัว ตู้เย็น ผ้าเช็ดตัว แปรงและยาสีฟัน กาต้มน้ำร้อน แก้วน้ำ ราวแขวนผ้า โต๊ะทำงานเล็กๆ ไดร์เป่าผม ไม้ตียุงไฟฟ้า น้ำดื่ม กาแฟซอง สบู่ แชมพู น้ำยาล้างจาน สเปรย์ปรับอากาศ ให้ และที่ดีอีกอย่าง คือ มีทางลัดเดินผ่านศาลเจ้าจีนไปถนนพหลโยธิน ตรงแยกเกษตร ห้องเป็นแบบธรรมดาๆ นะ ชาวบ้านๆ ตกแต่งน่ารัก ถ้าอยากได้ความหรูหรา คงไม่ใช่ราคาแบบนี้

Pros: As a minimalist myself, I enjoyed staying in this cozy room. - I arrived way too early at the location, yet the host was eager to prepare the room for me (after the other guest checked out). - The host do not live there, and there is no reception. The check-in and check-out process was easy and simple. The hosts will message you (on the day/time of check-in) how to access your room. - The host gave a humble welcome drink too, which I had not expected. - The cutest thing I liked was the small work/study table that I used most of my time there for my studies. - The location is far from downtown Bangkok. I had selected this location intentionally to explore the local areas of Chatuchak and nearby Minburi which was easily accessible. - Value for money.

Cons: You will need to ask for the facilities that are included (like iron, washing machine, etc.), as the hosts might not inform themselves. (Maybe they forgot to inform me, because they were busy with preparing rooms).
