Convenience, short stay, good rate bed in dorm for airport train, bus link to other places.

Pros: Nice hard bed, good for back, i usually dislike soft mattresses, this one had hard mattress. Good location near staion to catch train to airport or the other line to ekamai bus station fir ongoing Pattaya travel. Staff at counter very friendly, smily, helping. Hair dryer provided in shower area. Small gym, plus ANYTIME FITNESS gym nearby which i use in another country but can use here

Cons: Preference was hand held shower but you have fixed showers like provided at swimming pools. Minor problem the electric socket for charging was nit working on my dorm bed but elsewhere was working

Pros: Amazing helpful staff, I have stayed in this hotel 21 days continuously, and it is a very spacious hotel, even the dorm room and toilets.

Pros: A great hostel with comfortable beds, very clean, big lounge, and a well equipped fitness room. Quiet neighborhood yet easy to reach by public transportation.

Pros: Despite this setback, we made the most of our stay and focused on the positive aspects of the trip, such as exploring the city and spending quality time together as a family. However, we do believe that improvements in the hotel's cleaning and maintenance procedures would significantly enhance the experience for future guests and make the hotel a more attractive choice for travelers.

Cons: During our stay at the hotel, we encountered an issue with the cleanliness and maintenance of the common toilet facilities. It became evident that the hotel staff's priorities were focused on preparing beds for new tenants, which resulted in delays in cleaning the toilets on time. The situation was disappointing, as cleanliness is an essential aspect of any accommodation. Due to the staff's focus on preparing beds for new arrivals, the common toilet on the 7th floor was not promptly cleaned and maintained. As a result, it sometimes became untidy and lacked necessary supplies, making it inconvenient for guests, including our family. This delay in cleaning the common toilet raised concerns about hygiene and guest comfort. As paying guests, we expected a certain level of service and attention to cleanliness throughout our stay. Having to use an unclean or poorly maintained toilet was not a pleasant experience and detracted from our overall impression of the hotel. It is crucial for the hotel management to strike a balance between preparing rooms for new guests and maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, such as toilets. Timely and regular cleaning of shared facilities is essential for guest satisfaction and maintaining a positive reputation for the hotel. In light of this issue, we hope that the hotel management takes guest feedback seriously and addresses the problem promptly. Improving the efficiency and cleanliness of the common toilet facilities would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest experience and leave a more positive impression on travelers.

Cons: Twarde materace Brak klimatyzacji w przestrzeni wspólnej

Pros: Tout sauf les matelas très fins et donc un peu durs... on est sur le bois du sommier. Mais il y a de l’espace, le rideau protège bien, c’est un bon dortoir

Cons: Betten waren groß und stylisch, aber leider bisschen hart.

Pros: Super pour un court séjour, car les lits en dortoir sont un peu dur , mais comme tous les hostel . Autrement tout est parfait, le personnel , l'accueil, la propreté, service de bagagerie gratuit
