Yaksa Private

Pros: Excellent room, shower toilet. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff. Luggage storage available which was very useful for us. Also in a nice area and convenient to Phaya Thai Station.

Amazing for low budget

Pros: The shared bathroom facilities scattered throughout the open hallway 🤩 the mattress was comfortable, staff is lovely ; best of all - no ac blasting full on everywhere; there is some ac in the dorms but it does not get too cold. Price/quality is amazing.

Cons: There is nothing to complain about

Pros: I have stayed twice in Yaksa in private room and it has met my expectations. Clean, good value for money, easy acces to BKK airport.

Cons: I wouldn't recommend this place for those who have walking difficulties as rooms are up to the fourth floor with very narrow stairs and corridor. Blankets could be thicker and bigger.

Thank you for a lovely stay

Pros: This hostel provides the basics very well. Front desk is manned by helpful and polite staff. The room is spacious as are the lockers (lock provided). The door to the room is totally soft close , i.e. no sound at all from opening/closing of door at night Signages requesting quiet after 10pm. Common areas on the 1st and 4th floors, and an adequate pantry with beverages, microwave etc.

Cons: Water leaks out from under the shower door, creating a slip hazard outside the toilets

Pros: Nice hostel! Modern and clean. Room with air conditioning. Big enough to be confortable. Good quality price ratio.

Cons: It's a 3rd floor by stairs.

Close to ARL with spacious family rooms

Pros: We chose Yaksa due to the footwalking distance to Phaya Thai Station of the airport train (ARL). Family rooms provide reasonable space and the bathroom amenities are functioning sufficiently well. The quarter of town is lively with 24/7 shops and night market close by.

Cons: Bear in mind, that there is no elevator, particularly for the family rooms in the upper floors. Stairs are narrow and steep and the receptionists are not really keen to help dragging suitcases. The place is not easy to find - coming from Phaya Thai station you have to go past the Governmental Building (livestock Department) and into the gated area. The gates this area calm - the downside is that not all taxi app drivers will go to the place. So for taxis just go out of the gated area and hail on the street.

Pros: We booked this room because it was near the Airport link but we also discovered an aria with street food, massages and clothes market.

Pros: Definitely recommend this hostel. staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hostel is just tucked away from the main road, which makes it more quiet than other hostels I have stayed in the same location. Also check out the little coffee shop next door as the coffee is amazing.

Perfect Location towards the aiport and shopping

Pros: Loved our short stay. It was close to Phaya Thai and easy to get to the airport. We also walked to Siam from the hotel and I couldn't believe how easy it was. The front desk staff were the friendliest and they provided all the things that we needed for that time. I would definitely keep them on my list to stay again.

Cons: I hope they can extend a bit more throw blankets. The blanket was so short and was good for a child, but overall our stay was good.

Great

Pros: Great location we stayed for 1 night before flying back home, its location was great to access the airport train line. Getting the aircon room was worth it, lovely little balcony and the comfiest mattress we found in our time in Thailand. The staff held our bags until we departed in the evening which was really helpful!
