Pros: The room was nice and the curtains before the beds provided privacy. Bathroom was very nice and good common area with facilities

Cons: Owner was not there when I arrived and could initially not reach her, but soon resolved

Pros: Great location (7 eleven and Thai restaurant around the corner), spacious beds, clean bathrooms, quiet place for a good night of sleep

Cons: The place felt a little bit too quiet, very few guests there and not social, photos make the place look more polished than it is

Pros: The bed was comfortable, the place is really small but was clean. They clean the toilets and the showers. There are free bananas and some snacks for the guests. The aircon was really strong. They provide you free towels.

A comfortable and cosy stay!

Pros: The stay at the Ratana Hostel was perfect! The place is small but well-kept, the staff attentive to services and nothing is really missing! The location is great for walking to many tourist spots (Chinatown and Khao San Road). Super recommended!

Cosy, safe and charming.

Pros: Genuinely one of the nicest hostels I’ve stayed at. So relaxed and cosy, quiet and privacy in the beds, but also perfect location. There are also free snacks, coffee, drinking water - and perfume, make-up and toiletries in the bathroom area, ideal!

Pros: The hostel is very clean and comfortable. They have everything, towels, shampoo and they have free snacks and hot drinks.

Cons: They try to rip you off on laundry as they charge 20 baht per piece when the standard price is 30-50 baht per kg.

Pros: The hostel is very small and cozy, it is 20 minutes walking from Khaosan, so not far from the center but much quieter than most of city hostels.
