Local atmosphere in the centre of Bangkok.

Pros: Stayed here for two nights at the end of a long trip and decided to book a single room for myself. The room is small but comfy, the hostel is quiet and has a polite and friendly vibe. Great location in a very local street, I loved seeing the neighbors' routine while walking around. Overall, I had a very nice stay :)

Cons: The room is very small but it was okay as I was alone. There are only two bathrooms, but the hostel was very quiet so it wasn't an issue at all.

Pros: The place is super cute and cozy and there's a nice rooftop as well. Rooms are also great . The owner is super friendly and helpful, I really enjoyed my stay there:)

Pros: The facilities and owner make the property. - a very lovely, kind and helpful man runs hostel and will help you with anything you need in Bangkok. Made my stay and time really easy. Went above and beyond for all customers with extras such as luggage, lockers and towels at no extra charge. The hospitality was exceptional and I’ve never seen anything like this before. 10/10 stay and the property is as represented. Lucky to have found this place!

More than just a hostel to stay in!

Pros: I had an amazing stay at this traditional Thai hostel in Khaosan, Bangkok. The manager, Ken, was very kind and spoke excellent English. The hostel has a lovely cat that greeted me every morning, making it feel like home. They offer free coffee and water, and there’s a nice terrace to relax and hang clothes on. It feels very traditional, as if I were in a Thai family’s home! Everything was clean—maybe because there are only a few rooms. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Bangkok but quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Overall, it was hard to leave, you will feel immediately so connected to this place!!!

Cons: To be honest, I didn’t like the camera in the room - but this is the case in many hostels in Bangkok!

Pros: The location was great. Semi near Khao San road, but itself in a very peaceful street. The owner is a super kind guy with a lot of interesting things to share about Bangkok and Thailand. He thinks of the Earth as well and therefore won’t put the airco on all day, but from 4pm and during the night. Which I think is really good to be a little aware of our planet. And free coffee in the morning:)

Super chill and quiet place in the center.

Pros: I used the rooftop most of the time. Free water and coffee. Dorms are clean. Hot shower. Budget and cat friendly. The owner is kind and friendly too. Laundry next door. Enjoyed my stay in general.

Cons: Bathrooms and rooftop can be better. AC doesn’t work during the day but he provided me a fan. The first dorm I stayed was a bit narrow but the second one was okay.

Pros: The owner is very friendly and helpful. As soon as I arrived he asked what I planned to see in Bangkok to give me advice about what is nearby :) the cat is super cute at Sleep with me hostel, there's no cat at the other one. There is lots of room in the dorms, you can fit a large bag in the locker. Everywhere was clean, the shower has hot water and there was shower gel that you can use. The location is close to lots of places to see

Cons: I thought I'd be staying at Sleep with me hostel, but that's for private rooms, so he moved me to Amazing Khaosan Hostel, a few doors down. This wasn't an issue, just wasn't expecting it. The bathroom is run down. There wasn't any toilet paper either.

Pros: Ottima posizione, per il prezzo pagato l'ostello va più che bene! NON ci sono cimi da letto (dicembre 2025). Ospitalità del proprietario ottima.

Cons: Il bagno non particolarmente pulito e senza carta igienica. Non molta privacy tra i vari letto nella camerata.

Pros: De rust en stilte van dit hostel is ideaal om je jetlag uit te slapen.

Cons: Niets! Voldeed aan de verwachtingen.
