Great location, clean, comfortable and good value

Pros: Excellent location just round the corner from Lumphini MRT. The room was basic but clean. The cafe downstairs serves very tasty Thai food at great prices. The staff are friendly too.

Great value for location

Pros: Great value. Location perfect for blue line mrt exploits. Big, comfortable room. Nice decor. Plenty of well wired electric sockets. Close to 7 11 shop. Walking distance to Lumphini Park and One Bangkok Mall. Tasty food served at restaurant. Good air conditioning . Good WiFi. Steps are steep but fine for those without mobility issues. Roads busy and not pedestrian friendly, as in all central areas.

Still the best budget place to stay in the neighbourhood

Pros: It's my second stay in this guesthouse after 6 months. Huge advantages are: location, big room size, excellent food in the restaurant downstairs. Also big window overlooking the street, refrigerator, hot shower with good water pressure. There is nothing better for the price in the area.

Cons: Nothing essential but no elevator can be an issue for some.

Spacious room with big windows. Great location. Poor AC. Could be noisy. Inflexible kitchen.

Cons: AC didn’t work well. It was hot in the middle of summer. Although it’s located on side street, it was quite noisy with traffic. No lift. Stairs only. Wanted to try some food from cafe downstairs but the chef was inflexible to adjust the dishes into vegetarian or vegan.
