Pros: The staff is very friendly, the room (junior suite) was definitely offering a lot of space. Everything is very clean, actually it is our impression that the building is new or completely renovated, nothing was shabby or worn out.The price - value ratio can be called excellent

Pros: we booked the junior suite and it was very spacious. no noise from the streets, calm area. there was a lot of equipement, big fridge, kitchen, separated kitchen and bedroom. Two A/C , confortable bed. lotus and big shops very near by foot. 7/11 few minutes as well, walking distance. friendly employees who speak English and easy check out . we forgot a luggage and they have been helpful with it , kudos to them for this . the value for money is great ! it is not far from good rooftop like Above eleven for example .

Cons: if I had to find something I did not like, maybe the noise of chairs that you can hear sometimes from the room above but it's really not an issue . you don't hear noise from the street and the area is very calm and quiet.
