Pros: Beautiful clean hotel with a big gym. You can ask for a mattress topper if bed is too firm. Location is a bit out of Bangkok centre but you get to see the real life and lots of good cheap food around

Pros: Great service with great staff. Excellent security measures with a great gym facility. Would have been great if the hotel catered at least for breakfast as the nearest diner only opens at 11am. An added advantage would be to have night staff as we found it unsafe to carry our keys with us.

Pros: Very comfy bed and the Spa is great. Their in-house masseuse is truly magical with the deep tissue massage.

Cons: There was a bit of an unpleasant smell from the bathroom drainage. Guessing an old piping issue.

Pros: The staff was very sweet and extremely helpful. They booked a meal delivery using their own food app, and we paid them. They booked a taxi for us for 4 am, and helped us with the cases. The reception closes at 10 pm with no-one on night duty, so went well above what we expected!
