My favourite place to stay in BKK
Pros: That would be my favourite place in bkk. Price/quality is perfect. 7/11+metro station+foodmarket+cafes are in 5-15 mins by walking. The room is well equipped. The bed is sooooooo soft! Air conditioner is in the room and was helpful during the hot days. There was a nice big fridge and a place to watch TV. Additional big thanks for silense hours rule, that was important for us to find a quite place without parties.
Cons: That was not minus but mind that there is not elevator, espesially if you have a heavy luggage

Nice Experience
Pros: The place is clean and comfortable. You can even sit and relax at the lobby or outside at the porch. Easy to access. They have drinks and food in the hotel, not many choices but enough to cure your hunger, where you can order and they will send it to your room. The staffs are nice and friendly and you can ask for their assistance at any time.
Cons: Just the balcony because its facing the neighbors building which is very near, you can even speak to the neighbor if you want to😂.

Pros: Smestaj je fantastican, prostoran, cist, sa balkonom, klimatizovan sa velikim krevetom. Komunikacija sa osobljem je bila lagana i sve informacije sam dobila pre nego sto sam stigla, tako da ja nisam ni imala dodatnih pitanja ili zahteva, sve mi se svidelo.

Pros: 施設内はとても綺麗で清潔でした。1階の共有キッチンの設備も整っています。部屋のタオル交換や掃除は有料になります。 1階に新しいタオルや水がありますが、勝手に持っていくと罰金なので注意です。 徒歩5分圏内にコンビニやコインランドリーがあり便利です。
Cons: あまり温かいお湯は出ませんでした。シャワールームは排水溝が詰まりやすかったです。

Pros: ห้องพักสวย มินิมอลมาก เตียงนอน นุ่มสบาย สงบ ปลอดภัย มีดิจิตอลล็อค ทั้งรั้วและประตูบ้าน ใกล้รถใต้ดิน เดินทางไม่ลำบาก อบอุ่น บ้านและห้องพักสะอาดมาก ไปพักแล้วอยากไปอีก ฟิลเหมือนอยู่บ้าน และคล้ายๆ ตอนไปเที่ยวตปท เจอที่พักคล้ายๆแบบนี้เลย ไม่มีคนดูแล ไม่ต้องเช็คอิน เช็คเอ้าท คือบริการตัวเอง จะได้รับรหัสเข้าบ้านวันที่จะเข้าพัก
Cons: ไม่มีลิฟต ต้องเดินขึ้น พอดีได้พักชั้นบนสุด แต่ถือเป็นการออกกำลังกาย ห้องรูฟท็อปจะไม่มีประตูห้อง เหมือนเป็นห้องกั้นด้วนกระจก แล้วตรงประตูจะเป็นม่าน เพื่อความเป็นส่วนตัว แต่มันแอบเปิดเข้ายากนิดนึง เพราะม่านยาวมาจากข้างบน แล้วต้องดันประตูเข้าไป

Pros: The hotel is an absolute success. The concept of private rooms combined with a shared lobby for comfort is brilliant! The room is perfectly sized, simply yet stylishly designed, and equipped with everything you need. The highlight, however, is the lobby, featuring a kitchen, dining table, and a cozy sofa for relaxation. The ceiling adorned with hanging plants is a fantastic touch, creating a wonderful atmosphere. It's a dream home for everyone!
Cons: However, there are still some minor details that need improvement. Some elements in the bathroom are not yet covered or enclosed, and the shower floor lacks sufficient slope for proper water drainage, which can become inconvenient over time. The roof terrace has the potential to be another highlight like the lobby, but it is not yet fully furnished and lacks comfort. Additionally, some work materials were still scattered in corners of the lobby, giving the impression that renovations were ongoing. This did not personally bother us, but if these few small issues were addressed, coupled with the fair pricing, this hotel would be more than worthy of a 5-star rating. It can be highly recommended to anyone looking for a city break in Bangkok!
