Pros: Great villa. Has a pool table and a nice pool, all the rooms and clean and nicely decorated. Lots of living space.

Cons: A little far out from the centre but the sky train is only a 10 minute walk away

Pros: Excellent property for a big family vacation. Location was just off the main street (5-6mins walk) but you won’t hear a sound from the hustle & bustle of Bangkok at all…just peace & quiet. Building is in good condition, facilities are all in good working condition, the lift/elevator is in good working condition, kitchen utensils are practically new (some are still in their shop wrappings) & most important of all, the place is clean.

Pros: 屋苑有保安員，附近是住宅和校舍，比較寧靜。行出BTS都只需要步行七至八分鐘。附近有便利店和超市非常方便！屋內大致設施齊備但還有很多可改善的空間！樓底極高又有室內Lift, 影相打卡很好！預早通知屋主提早check in放低行李趕去下一個景點，屋主都願意幫忙！唔夠被鋪通知屋主佢馬上送上Villa! 整體入住感覺良好！性價比高!

Cons: 水壓比較低，頂層沖涼浴室有浴缸但卻沒有熱水可浸浴真的很可惜！（下面層數反而有熱水可洗澡用），企缸去水比較慢（已同業主反映）泳池太細，不能暢泳！

Very happy with our stay at this villa

Pros: Host replied very fast and was amazing in helping us. Despite the description being wrong on booking.com due to the system error showing 6BR instead of the 4.5 rooms only in reality. But we were very happy with our stay.

Cons: 1 of the rooms was located outside the house and was tiny. Elevator was not working.
