Exceeded my expectations for the price I paid!

Pros: Good location, quiet, clean, EXCELLENT STAFF AND SERVICE

Cons: Perhaps could do with a little more toiletries like a shaving kit, and the tv could be updated to one which allows screen casting, but those are really just my picky preferences but you could do without that!

Overall pretty good. Nice facilities if they are available to guests.

Pros: A very knowledgeable and helpful lobby manager was really an added bonus.

Cons: I booked the hotel because it has a roof terrace bar and an infinity pool on the 9th floor. We arrived quite late on our first day. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool. When I went there the next day the pool was closed for a private function. I thought this was a bit unfair. Novotel could at least offer an alternative at a nearby hotel but no such gesture was made.

Pros: My stays in Novotel hotels are always a positive experience, both for business and pleasure. The seafood Saturday buffet was fantastic. Staff were so kind!

Nice stay for 2 nights

Pros: Great comfortable bed and room facilities. Good location in Sukhumvit for shopping and entertainment. Good pool and gym. Sky bar great Views and DJ, but food not so.

Cons: Choice of food and quality in the rooftop bar could be better. Second time eaten there and same both times. Pool side food was alot better. The cocktail maker was amazing, did not stop all night catering for many drinkers. Great job! Initial check in person hard to understand but overall great staff.

Good

Pros: Comfortable bed. Good shower. Good facilities (pool, gym, bar). Good location that is walkable to the BTS with really delicious and cheap local street food options nearby.

Cons: We stayed here in 2018 and 2019 and loved it then. However, in 2025, the hotel is looking a bit worn. Stains on upholstery, frayed towels, scratches on the wood floors. The room was clean enough but on the last day we realised that it wasn't very clean under the bed and couch.

Home away from home with exceptional royal service

Pros: Home away from home. Very comfortable with the most friendly staff I have ever encountered!! Their breakfast variety was great and catered for a variety of tastes and preferences. The concierge service was on point assisting and supporting with transportation. I stayed for some days when I landed into Bangkok, left for Phuket and stayed there for more days when I returned on my way back home. Will definitely stay there as a first option next time.

Cons: I honestly do not have anything bad to say about the hotel. There is a 7-11 shop less than 200m from the hotel so you have a place to buy those odds and ends that you may have forgotten.
