Pros: Central hotel,few minutes by foot from the main station.Quiet street,but few massage places, supermarket, restaurant and change right nextdoor.Rooms are clean,nice facilities.Beautuful rooftop with a pool.Stuff super friendly.Value for money.Had an excellent stay, thank you.

Lovely stay impressive roof top area and bar, lovely sun set views, great room. view

Pros: Rooms great, roof top bar/pool area lovely with very friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Cons: Reception staff, one mainly on arrival I had an issue and the lady in charge was not helpful atall, did not explain well, didn't speak great English which also then made issue more frustrating. Reception is your first impression of a hotel so very important to make a good one, management of could be improved.

Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel boasted good amenities.

Cons: The hotel was slightly dated and a little tired and could benefit from a refurbishment in some areas. Having stayed in various Park Plaza's in different countries, I was expecting a slightly higher level of finishes but It was still clean and the staff were very helpful so not a deal breaker, would still recommend the hotel for the reasonable price it was

Cons: We can not eat something easy food at lobby , we have to move to eat at bed room but bed window can’t open it’s make room smell

Pros: I could not compliment the staff too highly. They were all incredibly kind and respectful. The reception staff were so helpful, as were the concierge staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The bar and restaurant staff were also brilliant. Our room was clean and comfortable and well equipped. Location was good for the metro and skyrail and there was shopping and restaurants close by.

Cons: Hotel was a bit hemmed in, so no views apart from rooftop pool and bar area.

Pros: Location was very good, and the personal was always ready when we wanted something.

Cons: The pool bar is quite expensive, 1 drink cost 100 baht more than a normal public bar next to the hotel. Same goes for massage.
