Pros: Great location. Mainly the staff is super nice. Soda, thanks for you super service. Including security , front desk, cleaning and restaurant. Very clean hotel. Delicious foods.

Pros: Amazing place. Amazing staff. Great location. Room was exceptional. We started our trip to Thailand in this hotel. It really has a great from of the city skyline from our room which was fantastic. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant. So many choices and even a Bloody Mary station.

Excellent in every aspect ...

Pros: Excellent stay with a pleasant room upgrade and a warm, friendly welcome. The staff were kind, cooperative, and attentive, from housekeeping to the breakfast team. Great attention to detail and guest comfort.

Cons: While the room was upgraded, the view was not ideal due to several concrete pillars in front of the window, even though the room was located on a higher floor. It would be helpful to have a mirror in the bedroom, even a medium-sized one, in addition to the mirror already available in the bathroom. (It could be available in different rooms)

Clean and comfy, a short walk to main street.

Pros: We only needed a hotel for 10hrs while transiting, perfect location for us and we saw some new areas that we gad not seen in previous visits. Bed was comfy, clean and the welcome cookie was yummy. All the team were chatty and friendly even at 3am in the morning.
