Of all the hotels we have ever stayed at in Bangkok, Lancaster is undoubtedly the best.

Pros: The breakfast was outstanding, as were the hotel itself, the staff, the facilities and the room.

Cons: There was nothing that did not exceed my expectations.

Fantastic luxurious stay in Bangkok.

Pros: The room was spacious and quiet, bed very comfortable, staff extremely kind and helpful. The pool was excellent and the sauna and steam room a great bonus. The breakfast excellent, fresh and varied, and very good coffee!

Cons: I was disappointed with the club; the range of food buffet was very limited there, whereas one would expect a very wider variety.

Fabulous hotel

Pros: Fabulous hotel and amenities. Rooms were posh! Staff was very helpful and courteous. Helped with early check-in. Very close to the MRT line.

Pros: All was good, nice hotel, will come back for sure.

Cons: Nothing too bad, but on last day after coming back from the city my room smelled like industrial chemicals, in the morning I saw that TD was working in a room next door so it probably came from there. But the smell was terrible fortunately HSK came and spray the room with perfume and it was possible to stay in room.
