Great Hotel with friendly staff in Bangkok Old Town.

Pros: Deluxe room was spacious and very quiet. Stayed 5 nights and breakfast each day was varied, always including a number of a Thai dishes. All staff were polite and friendly with all interaction. Location in old town area was amazing - 10 to 12 minutes walk to Grand Palace and Khao San Road. Chinatown in under 15 mins by Tuk Tuk. Plenty of great, cheap, Thai Restaurants within 5 to 10 mins walk.

Cons: Nothing - all as expected.

Pros: very good breakfast buffet. very good and friendly kitchen stuff very clean and quiet room. very, very good front-desk team: helpfull and good informed, organise cheap grab-Taxi and check the price with the driver. smal but good pool with clear water. good roof-top installation with good 360 round.view

Cons: The balcony is not really a balcony: 2 square meter: -1 for the aircon, -1 for you. Bad hotel-management: the 2-bed-rooms were fully booked but it was possible to book a 2-bed room. The hotel confirmed two single-rooms without the possibility to cancel the booking. At least and only with the help of booking-com-help-desk it was possible to cancel the booking. It was my first and last stay in this hotel

January 2026 Bangkok stay (stayed twice)

Pros: Great location for khaosan area. Staff went over and above to make our stay comfortable. Staff were helpful, giving plenty of advice and booking taxis etc.

Cons: Nothing. Good value for money hotel

Great location and place to stay in Bangkok

Pros: Staff were awesome, friendly and always willing to assist.

Cons: Sometimes you got coffee and toilet paper… sometimes not. Minor inconvenience and never detracted from the great staff and location. After a hot day exploring, the little pool was a welcome relief. Will stay again!

2 day stay stay in Bangkoks old town

Pros: Great location in old Bangkok town to visit the sites around the city. Had an early morning flight back home and staff arranged takeaway breakfasts for us.

Cons: Only downside was the pool cleanliness.
