The Quarter Phromphong by UHG

Pros: Althouh thr entrance and lobby is small and underwhelming, wel were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Upon check in, our room was upgraded and they included breakfast. The hotel has daily transportation services to a mall and the public train line. Our room was great and the bed was very comfortable. The rooftop pool was small but nice for a daily dip. The location is quite good. Quite a few restaurants near by and the mall, Emporium and Emsphere, are only a 10 minute walk away.

Cons: My only critique would be that the hotel could use nicer towels in the room and also new poolside towels are needed.

Good value hotel close to amenities and close to the main BKK street

Pros: Handy for Sukhimvit; 7-11 nearby, excellent bakery opposite. No fuss breakfast. Nice rooftop pool.

Pros: Roof top area gym etc was clean and really pretty! Would stay there again. Felt safe comfortable and enjoyed my stay with my sister.

Nice hotel, great location.

Pros: Nice hotel in great location, very close to bars and restaurants. Good sized comfortable room. Lovely swimming pool on the roof. Good, varied breakfast.

Cons: We had to keep our curtains closed as we looked directly into a nail bar and there was no privacy. Balcony too small to sit out on.

We had a lovely stay

Pros: Staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is great! Loved the rooftop facilities. Room is clean and the location is great. Metro stations are somewhat far by foot, but they provide a free shuttle service every hour or so (also you can use Grab to reach anywhere).

Cons: Our room was such that we couldn't open any windows or balcony doors, so we didn't have a great way to air the room.

Would I stay here again? I would prefer to be a bit closer to the BTS next time so probably not.

Pros: The swimming pool was a lovely feature away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Bit of a walk to the BTS but we did use the free shuttle on one occasion which was found really useful. Staff were friendly.

Cons: Breakfast could be improved, we found the selection really limited and the quality wasn’t brilliant. I fully appreciate its not easy to pick for a world of travellers but it’s an area that could be improved.

Nice boutique hotel in convenient location.

Pros: Nice location in a lively neighborhood with many restaurants and 7Eleven around the corner. Shuttle to the main Sukhumvit Road was great. We were lucky to get a room upgrade to a little apartment with separate bedroom and living room with kitchenette. The pool was great and breakfast was a wonderful choice of Asian and Western breakfast.

Cons: One whole morning there were no pool towels available. Since the room was on a lower floor, it was a bit dark.

Pros: bed was sooo comfortable and pillows. nice mini bar , nice breakfast staff were helpful. spotless.

Cons: dirty windows, only 1 chair on the balcony. bath leaked a bit so always water on the floor

Pros: Great hotel, the rooftop pool and the view are perfect for this price. The location is very good, so I highly recommend it. The breakfast is so good and the staff are exceptionally kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!!
