Lovely stay at Chinese New Year.

Pros: The staff were just amazing, front desk, housekeeping, and especially at breakfast. So friendly, hard working and professional. Very comfortable room, perfect bed and pillows. Fast WiFi, Wonderful breakfast, really enjoyed the egg station and the coffee, and the many other delicious options available. Good location for us, and close to Skytrain station. Very good value for money.

Cons: Disappointed that the pool was closed for refurbishment during our stay, would have made a great stay even better.

Excellent hotel with very good quality bed and pillows.

Pros: I loved my 19 day stay here. One of the comfiest beds I’ve come across. Blackout curtains so finally got some good sleep after 7 months of travelling around the region. Reception staff are very professional and courteous. Housekeeping made my room feel brand new every day on my return from a day out. 3 star hotel. Felt like a 4 star. Staff level felt like a 5 star. I usually like to try different hotels when I revisit areas but imagine I’ll be leaning towards Amber Hotel again on my next visit to Bangkok.

Pros: Breakfast was varied and tasty. The hotel is tucked away from the main street, so it's fairly quiet. I LOVED their recommended massage spa Nirvana Treat located around the corner.

Cons: Gym could be better equipped, my 2nd floor room did not have much natural light.

Pros: the staff are very polite and helpful we have stopped at this hotel four times and always enjoyed it the breakfast is excellent a choice of Thai and international food the beds and pillows are very soft and comfortable would highly recommended thank you

Decent would atay there again

Pros: The area it was close to the airport and transportation easy room was big and comfortable

Cons: I paid for breakfast and not enough options or any halal food area not much to eat disappointed

Pros: Wonderful hotel and a truly perfect stay. Everything was excellent from start to finish. Very clean, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts, and a great overall atmosphere. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. This place really stands out for its quality and attention to detail. An ideal choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would happily return and can highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful stay in Bangkok

Pros: Beautiful hotel and room. Large and modern interior. Beautiful tasty food for breakfast and also on the room service menu.

A very comfortable stay.

Pros: THE BED! Been travelling for 3 months now, and this is honestly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever been in, the rooms were spacious but I’ve slept the best since leaving the uk. The staff are very friendly and ready to open the doors to let you in and help you take all your luggage up to the room. A lot of food and 7/11 close by too. And right next to to rail line. Would come back again if visiting Bangkok. Rooftop pool is very small with only 4 sunbeds, but we were able to get these every day on our visit.

Best for the value and location

Pros: Always nice to come back. I like the breakfast. The rooms. Nice quiet location

Cons: The noodle soups for breakfast were better before. Also there was cheese. Now it’s gone.
