Maitria Hotel Sukhumvit 18 Bangkok – A Chatrium Collection

Pros: The staff were amazing. They made everything effortless. Great team! They even prepared a cake for my birthday which was a nice touch. Very clean. They also prepared decorations as it was our honeymoon stay.

Cons: 2 things can be improved. A newer TV that has Netflix YouTube etc and lighting in the bathroom could be better.

Pros: Staff very good, friendly and efficient. Rooms were well equipped, clean and modern. Rooftop plunge pool was a bonus.

Pros: I have stayed at this hotel a number of times in past. I like the location, with it being an easy walk to the BTS/MRT. A lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Rooms are spacious and quiet. On checking out I asked the reception staff to order me a taxi to go to the airport and it was a fair price (about the same as one of tge taxi aps and cheaper thsn another). I stayed for 2 nights and would use the hotel again.

Cons: Nothing.

A place I can recommend and felt comfortable

Pros: I had a very nice stay here. The reception staff was very friendly and gave a warm welcome. They were trying to help and support! The room was well equipped with a microwave, oven, and fridge. The bed was large and comfortable. You can see that the room has been used for several years, especially on the bathroom floor tiles. But that was acceptable. The breakfast provided enough variety, with Thai and Western dishes. The pool area is nice, not huge, and you don’t always get a lie at the pool.

Cons: It looked like the young staff in the breakfast area is still in the learning phase. They take your breakfast coupon but do not say good morning.

Pros: Just as expected. You can book this hotel without any hesitation. Special thanks to Johny at reception. Always in good mood, helpful and asking how my stay was going.

I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Bangkok

Pros: The hotel was modern and super clean, the staff extremely friendly and kind. The building is located in central Bangkok and perfect to visit the city.

Great hotel , location and price in Bangkok.

Pros: Nice room and comfortable. Location was great. Near metro and BTS sky train which we used for the 4 nights. Plenty of places to eat just across the road . Breakfast was very good with lots of. House, despite us being gluten free we were able to eat a big variety of things. Brought our own bread which helped. Pool area was okay. Pool was huge but suitable for a dip. Very reasonable price for Bangkok and would recommend. Right area to get everywhere you need to get to.

Cons: Room was noisy at night. Lorries, motorbikes, cars and people making a noise, so didn’t sleep that well. Probably better if you were other side of the hotel.

Pros: From check-in to an early morning checkout we were treated so well. It was our 5th stay at the Maitria and it won’t be the last. 10/10

Holiday greataway

Pros: Loved the hotel, everyone very polite, excellent location, fantastic sleeping with no noise. Room was big with everything we needed. We are going back again.
