Pros: Lovely staff, very kind and helpful. Location is great...for facilities. Great room, well constructed.

Cons: The noise from the parties. This is a great hotel if you party all night. I thought it was off the main Khao San Rd because it says 100 yards. I made a mistake.

Pros: Rooms are very clean everything was absolutely perfect I was fortunate to get a room up the back so I couldn't really hear any of the party streets noise but if you're staying on this street then you know would still expect it to hear it but not that bad

Cons: My only complaint is that the pool bar was not ever open. but the staff were very accommodating and bringing us drinks to the pool anyway so it kind of worked out but it would have been a bit more of a vibe if the pool bar was open

In the heart of Khaosan Road but without the noise disturbance

Pros: Location was great, right in the heart of Khaosan Road, I always stay on Khaosan Road when I’m in Bangkok because I love the convenience of coming downstairs from the hotel with lots of food options. I loved staying in #2002 room, despite being right on Khaosan Road, you actually don’t hear the music in this side of the building. It’s a large room with a couch and a table. It was great for me because I was working while I was in Bangkok so I needed somewhere to sit. I loved the staff at reception, they were so accommodating, I was staying at this hotel 3 times during this trip and I requested for the same room for all of the bookings which they happily accommodated to my request.

Cons: The air conditioner fan was very noisy when I turned it down the #1 fan speed. So I had to keep it on #2 or #3 most of the time which meant it was really cold even at a temperature between 28-30.

Pros: Great location, I was fortunate to have a room away from the main road so at night I got a solid sleep. If you want to be in the midst of Khaosan Road, this is for you!

Cons: Only one gripe, the mattress seemed to shift as I slept, making it feel like I was laying on the floor. As a side sleeper this hurt my hips, but that's a minor slight.
