Switzerland 🇨🇭

Pros: Breakfast is very good, can be crowded if groups are there. I arrived late and had something to eat at the pool deck which was very nice. Close to the Air train to the airport. Staff is very helpful and nice. I will stay there again

Cons: There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the MRT. As I had only data on my phone, I could not make a voice call to order the shuttle. I was walking at night to the hotel which is dangerous because of heavy and fast traffic

Pros: This hotel met all expectations, it was a truly exceptional place to stay here. In room was mini bar. Hotel staff was very helpful and dear :) Everything was allright, I can recommend this place. Its close to metro station Macassan, also station to airport. from hotel is 5-10 min by walk.

Lovely hotel, good breakfast comfy rooms

Pros: Great location close to Airport rail link and MRT. Room was comfortable and rooftop bar was great. Happy hour between 10-midnight was nice touch. Staff very helpful and friendly

Cons: Although it’s a good location it wasn’t made clear access was only from main road which is busy with cars. The hotel offers free shuttle from local MRT station which is only 10 min drive but this wasn’t made clear in the booking and we ended up walking and arriving at the back of it which was not accessible.

Pros: Good placement, close to Sukumhvit, was really easy getting on the highway to the airport also. Fresh and clean rooms, great and helpfull Staff. Very nice breakfast.

Cons: Only minus, pool is North faced, so was no sun by the pool mid day. Also the gym could have had a free weight bar for leg exercises, but that's nit picking.

Pros: Very helpful staff who sorted me out quickly and efficiently. Joe, the duty manager and Mafin the receptionist were very helpful.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay.

Pros: The hotel is exceptionally clean and offers a very pleasant atmosphere for guests. The only downside is that the location isn’t the most convenient to reach. The metro is close by, so you can reach any part of the city quickly.

Great stay with some inconveniences

Pros: The rooms were well maintained and had all the facilities. Staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast spread was also good especially with the 50% discount that was given to us.

Cons: In the description it's written that the provide the airport shuttle for free however that is incorrect. This service costs 1000 THB and they only provide the tuktuk shuttle to the MRT station that too every hour. So, if you are arriving from the airport shuttle and get down at makkasan you have to walk all the way to hotel which can get really uncomfortable in the heat with all the baggage you have. (This is because there's no way you can call for their shuttle to come pick you up) Also the access road to this hotel has no footpath and you have to walk \
