Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit

We had a wonderful stay.

Pros: The hotel has beautiful and comfortable rooms, good restaurants with variety of foods! The fitness center is well equipped too!

Clean and comfortable with exceptional service

Pros: Extremely comfortable, clean with 5 star service. Location is fantastic. The gym especially is very nice.

Pros: Excellent location, all the staff are very good i think with the amount we paid it should include breakfast . We haven't use our last night as our flight is very early in the morning but i think that was my fault but could have get at least snacks out of not using the last night ! That's my opinion .

One of the best Hotel in BKK

Pros: I have seen many Hotels in BKK, but here everything was perfect

Perfect stay for anyone

Pros: A perfect stay for families and anyone really. Great rooms, very comfortable beds, squeaky clean bathrooms and staff ready to fix any issue. A wide variety of everything at breakfast: different Asian cuisines, many delicious western food options - definitely the best bread and cakes we had in Thailand. Also many vegetarian and vegan options. Incredibly kind staff that speaks great english too. The location is superb. The pool is super clean and not overcrowded. There are notamy sunbeds but we never felt like we were missing out on anything. There is a nice and clean children play area with lots of toys. There is also a TV with cartoons running non stop but it can be switched off without problems :)

Cons: Everything was great. Would stay here anytime again, and can recommend it to anyone. Worth every penny

Excellent stay

Pros: The hotel itself is excellent. Great staff, excellent food and brilliant quiet and well sized rooms. The tuxedo cafe was outstanding, best coffee I tried in the city and beautiful warm croissants. Location is good overall with good access to the BTS

Cons: Felt seedy if you walk to the right of the hotel at night.

Great location and close to public transport:

Pros: Great location, not far from the MRT and Terminal 21 which has a great food court. The room was very modern with all the amenities we required!

Cons: The hotel was quite expensive so we didn’t add on breakfast.

Pros: Dinner on promotion at Plate was good value for money. The waiter and waitress were cheerful and helpful.

Cons: I requested a room on high floor but was assigned a room on the third level out of 32 where guest rooms are located. I didn't request an accessible room but was assigned one, which I didn't like because the bathroom floor which leads to the toilet bowl became all wet and slippery. I had to place a bath towel on the floor leading to the toilet bowl. Besides, the toilet paper roll was made wet because of the shower.

A really brilliant hotel

Pros: Wonderful stay, incredibly comfortable bed, lovely bath and very nice pool with comfortable loungers. The staff were really helpful and the location was great, right in the middle of central Bangkok. Would stay again next time we’re in Bangkok!

Cons: We booked the Carlton Club room which offers late check out but we were told this wasn’t possible given the hotel was fully booked, which was a bit disappointing.

Pros: An amazing hotel located on Sukhumvit road. BTS, underground and Em District Malls are 5 mins walk away. The hotel room was modern with a fantastic view of the city, and the bathroom was beautifully designed, very clean with all modern amenities. The gym is very well equipped and the pool is fabulous. Concierge were very helpful and enthusiastic. Highly recommended and would definitely come back and stay here again.
