Comfort and location

Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the gentleman at the rooftop bar. Always a smile and very attentive. The beds were very comfortable and although the room was looking over the internal cut yard it's probably better than having the Sun. Area code air conditioning and the location was great. Not my first time here and of course I would come back again. The breakfast is good but not amazing for vegetarians or vegans. The hotel reception staff organized a trip for us to the old capitol and also organized our taxi to the airport. These are fantastic conveniences that the staff are only too happy to help with.

Cons: The breakfast really had lots of meat and chicken and fish products but almost none of the cooked food was vegetarian. This was disappointing as we wanted a big hearty breakfast but everything had meat chicken or fish. Quite happy to like that kind of thing but not great for people who don't.

Great location and clean facilities.

Pros: Amazing location with a 7/11 down the road, and Sala Daeng BTS station also nearby. We were right below the gym but it wasn’t loud at all and the space was very clean. Nemo was so kind to change us from a twin room to a double bed instead. Staff were also super kind. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay 😊

Cons: The space was a little small so it’s hard to place your luggage. The gym isn’t fully kitted out but if you’re here for travel it’s good enough.

Cozy room in the heart of Silom

Pros: Great location in silom area. Staff are super polite!

Very helpful staff especially Nemo. Went over and beyond. Will stay again.

Pros: Solid 4 star Standard, beautiful Lobby, Bar and Chill Area, good Location near Center and close to Lumpini Park

Cons: High Prices at Pool bar.

Pros: Great design, fun staff, clean hotel, best location and away from the main road so no noise at all! Quiet nights.

Cons: Our room was too tight for 2. Hard to walk around the bed. Suitcase rack in the bathroom (?!) and no door to close the toilet/shower area - although each have a glass transparent door. Very awkward and promiscuous 😅

Pros: The stuff was friendly and the facilities were comfortable and clean. Also the location is amazing. Will stay on my next visit.

Cons: Nothing much to complain.

I found my hotel in Silom

Pros: First I received a room with a view to a wall / hall. I right away I returned to the reception. I was given the room what I’ve booked with city-view. The receptionist was helpful. BTS and metro blue line are both near in a few minutes walking distance . Mahanakhon Building is in less than 10 minutes. Siam Paragon MBK are close by BTS 2 stops . I ordered a taxi in the hotel to the airport. Staff was friendly. The pool and the view at the rooftop is really nice. I started my mornings there and always found a sunbed.

Cons: As often in hotels the window in the room cannot be opened. However I might return as the view was spectacular.

Pros: Best place we stayed in Thailand, so comfortable and also was the best ibis we stayed so far!

Cons: Nothing, everything was great!
